My cat loves this food. He loves most food, but as far as cat food is concerned, he worships this stuff. I had been previously feeding him Iams but I came across Blue Buffalo in Petco as they no longer carry Iams wet food and decided to give the brand a try. Blue Buffalo is known to be a higher end brand where you're paying slightly more but you're getting much better quality. The ingredients in this food are fantastic and are definitely giving him the nutrients he needs to be a healthy, happy fuzzball. He loves the flaked variety over the Pate, so although these are slightly more expensive than the Pate, I will definitely continue to get these for him. I had recently been feeding him the Blue Buffalo Wilderness High Protein Pate Wet Cat Food however I had to microwave it and throw some fresh meat on top to get him to even think about eating it, but with this he barely even lifts his head for air.

Four of the first five ingredients are Tuna, Fish Broth, Chicken and Chicken Liver. You know what your pet is being fed and that they will be happy to eat it!

This is for the "Adult Fish & Shrimp" variety.

One of my cats decided to stop eating her regular food. No idea why -- she isn't ill, because she will eat the *other* cats' food. Just not her own. She is not usually a fish/shrimp kind of cat, but she's not wanting to eat any of the beef-based foods I've tried (normally her favorite protein), so I bought a few cans of this on a whim.

Turns out, this was pretty popular with this cat. She ate all of it, each time I offered it to her (three times a day for two days). It didn't matter whether the can was freshly opened or whether it had been in the refrigerator for most of the day -- she liked it regardless.

This has a soft texture and, thankfully, it doesn't smell too much as long as you don't put your face in it. It's a standard 5.5 ounce can and the normal plastic lids for such cans fit it just fine.

Our cat wasn't thrilled by this food, but we stuck with it because we didn't want to make another transition. My cat ate this over a couple months and I was hoping to see positive changes, but nothing seemed to get worse or better. And eventually over time, our cat slowly refused to eat it.

I've never known our cat to be super picky, so this concerned me. I took him to the vet and he was given a clean bill of health. We switched foods and he seems to be a much happier cat. Perhaps it is the fact that it is pate, or maybe Blue Buffalo's formula just wasn't attractive to our cat, but in either case, it just didn't work out. I don't think the price point is awful, but it's not the highest quality cat food that Amazon offers. Overall, just "meh."

My cat got very sick after eating one of these cans. I do not know if one of them were bad but I was at the end of my stock and he got very sick. I think I am switching back to purina after this.

They're just not that into it. Not sure why. Usually they love tuna. Perhaps they've been spoiled by the "people" tuna we share with them. Good ingredient line up in this though.
