I give the beans five stars. They're so much more convenient than dried limas; you can whip up a pot of soup in half an hour, as opposed to cooking all day. The downgrade is for the price: This product costs 92 cents per can at Walmart. These come out to $2.83 per can - plus shipping. So, a moral dilemma: Buy from Walmart because they're much less expensive, knowing that Walmart doesn't pay its employees a living wage (and probably would pocket the money themselves even if they charged three times as much), or order here - but we don't know how Maharajah Foods treats its workers. I'm willing to pay a higher price if it benefits the worker as well as the owners. I would love to learn more from Maharajah.
