So far so good. I bought this cooling USB stand for PS4 at my own risk because there were no reviews for this item yet on amazon. I have only had it a day and no issues so far, it looks and fits great, all the fans and USB 3.0 ports seem to be working properly. I selected this stand over a dozen of other stands for PS4, looks as though I mad the right choice. Will keep updates current.

I have had no problems with my PS4 from day one, but today I got this stand, hooked it up and turned on the PS4 and then went through about 20 minutes of troubleshooting on Google about controller malfunctions. I finally disconnected from the Hyperkin stand and put the PS4 on the other stand I have and the PS4 and the controller work fine. I am not sure what this company put in it's usb plug but aside from providing a link between the PS4 and the usb ports, it should not be messing with the dualshock 4 controller, which it does.....I will be returning this product.

After a lot of research and going against my gut feeling. I decided to make this purchase for this ps4 stand with integrated fans and 4 USB ports. The USB ports weren't a big deal, I just liked how the stand aesthetically looked. How the base looked sturdy. The blue illumination. And most importantly. The cooling fans. I got excited when I received the item today and plugged it in and turned my ps4 on for the first time all day since yesterday. It ran great for about 30 minutes. Then, my ps4 shut down out of no where. It has never done this or shown signs of this. And now the hyperkin polygon fort does not work at all. No lights. No fan. No nothing. Wasted my money.

Not sure what people are talking about with noisy cooling fans, but I have to turn my volume down considerably to hear it. 2 USB ports on the front and back, LED light is a nice touch, and will eventually turn off after a few hours of being in rest mode (which in my opinion is good). Stand is pretty sturdy, I'd recommend it.

What a total POS. NOTHING lined up correctly for the ps4 to fit in the stand the right way and despite it having 3 fans unlike the other intercoolers they are very weak powered to day the least. Over all just a very cheap and poorly assembled POS.

The Hyperkin "The Fort" is, in my opinion, a great PS4 accessory! I no longer have to switch between charging cables, Bluetooth headset adaptor and USB memory card (for game save backups). I usually have all day play sessions two or three times a week and shorter sessions on the other days. I feel way more secure in the fact that my game system is putting out only warm air rather than the really hot air it was blowing out before adding this cooler. The noise level of fans are mostly quiet. I don't even noticed while playing, but I do usually play with a Bluetooth headset on. Keep in mind if charging anything while your system is in rest/standby mode the fans will continue to run until charging is complete. Great product in my opinion and hopefully this will allow me to enjoy my gaming on this same system for years to come.

The fans work properly but none of the USB ports work at all. So if all you need it for is to use as a fan it works great, unfortunately I would have liked the USB ports to work as well

I guess it does its job, but the fans are noisy. My previously quiet PS4 got turned into a loud beast. I've yet to see any reports about the PS4 over-heating, so I don't know if a cooling fan is necessary.
