I purchased this antenna to increase the reliability of an AT&T Unite Pro (Netgear) mifi device. The TS-9 connectors set firmly and were not too long as with other antennas I have purchased. The suction cup worked well as long as it was lightly pre-moistened before applying to a window. I tested from multiple stationary locations (hotel rooms) and also while mobile. As a control I used an iPhone 6s (AT&T). I don't know if both devices were using the same frequencies or not, but the mifi consistently had better signal than the iPhone 6s. This was most apparent when the iPhone was down to 1 or 2 bars. The mifi would have 1 or 2 more bars displayed. I did not access the more detailed signal strength displays on either device, however. I had no noticeable dropouts of connectivity over a nonstop drive from the New Orleans area all the way to Dallas. In the stationary tests, signal was at worst on par with the iPhone, but there were no significant differences.

There is a connector on the antenna that allows another cable to be used in case you need flexibility. The suction cup is removable, and there is a notch that allows mounting the antenna without the suction cup. Overall I have no complaints and I recommend this device.

I have an AT&T mifi. As described I get one sometimes two extra bars or signal strength. This helps considerably when you only get one bar to begin with.
