Please note - contrary to the review by a customer who asserted Spicely products are not organic, they are in fact organic and carry the standard USDA Organic logo - the highest level of organic certification.

Nice fragrance and flavor. Held up well in a baked dish. I'm a ginger fan and this is the best powdered ginger I've found so far but I use mostly fresh. Sometimes its nice not to have to grate and wash utensils.
