Used it for the first time at thanksgiving - It was so nice to be able to fill my pot on the stove instead of carrying a heavy pot across the kitchen! Love the look. The picture I added is before the grout was in between tiles, but I had already used the pot filler and stove!

My plumber said this was a "piece of crap" -- it leaks and the arms slant. To be fair, my plumber said that most pot fillers will slant a little, but this was bad. The seller wouldn't let me return it because the deadline for returns had passed. We basically did a complete remodel and due to some mishaps (like all of our custom windows coming in the wrong color) we had to adjust the entire timeline of our project. I think in that situation, with the extreme disfunction of this faucet, the seller should have let me exchange it. Once I told my plumber that I could not return it, he made some adjustments to minimize the slanting arms, but it leaks down my wall. if I use it.

Moving, so taking our original pot filler with us. This is a fine product. The dual on/off safety values are a must but the handles are counter-initiative. I hope this is a good replacement for new homeowners, I will try for a month to see it's durability. Looks very good though!

This pot filler looks absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen. It arrived in beautful shape and was carefully packaged. I actually smiled when I opened the box because what you see online isn't always what you get but in this case I was more than pleased.
