Cheap, basic sewing kit

Small ACU zipper pouch containing:

-1 small spool OD nylon thread
-1 cheap-feeling pair of folding scissors
-5 lg OD buttons
-5 small pins
-2 small needles
-2 small safety pins

I will definitely need to build this one up. I do not feel it is worth the money, as it contains approx the same contents as a < $5 cheap kit. However, it does serve the basic purpose

I needed a small/portable sewing kit that I could keep in my B.O.B as well as have when camping/hiking and this fit the bill. I waited a few months before making this purchase to keep up on reviews. It is exactly as was described when I purchased it. Being that we who have B.O.B.'s and also camp/hike, we need to watch our carry weight so again, I needed something portable and lightweight and this completely fit the bill.

I got this to keep in my suitcase for those moments you lose a button or have a tear. It is lightweight & small I added a few more buttons for my blouses and a few more safety pins so I am prepared for those just in case moments. It is small and perfect.

This little thing is good in a pinch. It is small and very light weight, which makes it nice for camping and backpacking trips. The only con to the size and weight is that it could use a few items. But it is nothing to just add them yourself. All in all not a bad little kit.

Great travel and backpacking kit
