OK, recently I have been on a bit of a shooting (Tactical) glove buying binge, looking for just the right glove for shooting and recreational type shooting related activities. I have used some form of tactical glove for years during my 24 years in the military and all the conflicts we have been involved in during that time. So I am will to pay more for a item that is made to meet my needs. In this case you do get what you pay for.

Background: To get started, I try to write these reviews so that they will help consumers like me with finding similar items to meet their intended use/purpose so in this case, hand size is one of the critical points. Lately it seems that sizes are running smaller when it comes to gloves such as these, so I wanted to get this review out there. I have a need to a shooting glove due to a skin condition that affects my hands, and breaks down the skin on my palm side of my fingers and makes them sensitive. On ridged (textured) triggers like my Kimber and/or prolonged shooting it has worsened this so I always shoot with gloves now. I shoot no less than 3 times a week and average about 1200 rounds a month.

My Hand Size: I wear a size 7.5 to 8.0 Surgical glove, or a Large nitrile glove normally - In this glove it was a Extra Large (XL)
What I was looking for: Glove for shooting that would dexterity to reload magazines, better feel of hand placement on weapon and not be fatiguing with prolonged use. If you have shot a lot like me, you buy gloves smaller, especially leather gloves(stretching during break in) to get a good tight fit for better dexterity. I battle this fine line between tight fit, and the fingers being too short at the webbing between each of my fingers, which causes significant fatigue while using them.

These gloves are most excellent, and will be put to hard use, time will tell if they hold up well.
As new on the hanger the LG pair I previously purchased were tight, so I opted to try a pair of XL, and I actually like both!
The XL are only slightly larger, still slim fitting and comfortable for prolonged use, the LG were very fitting and tactile which is desirable, but after a while I feel like they are just too tight.
The Alpha Thread (Unicorn Hair) is gimmicky, but it does work, and I cannot complain as I wish more of my gloves had this feature.
Overall I like this gloves, I will recommend them to others, and will be giving them as gifts for my brothers in the future!

Very nice gloves. They were a bit tight when I first put them on but they loosened up after a little breaking in. They are form fitting almost like wearing latex gloves and give a far better range of motion and feeling compared to other gloves like Mecahnix for example (Not to knock Mechanix). Can't wait to put them to use of the range and in some parts of daily life.

They're expensive compared to standard mechanix gloves, but the expense is justified by the three main advantages they offer over mechanix and other cheaper models.

-Better ventilation in hot climates (little vent holes in the palm)
-articulated split points where your fingers bend (no bunching or tightness when you make a fist)
-no seams on the finger tips to catch your fingernails or interfere with dexterity

There is no way the materials used to provide increased dexterity and ventilation can also provide the same degree of abrasion resistance as thicker, less ductile materials. However, these are ideal for protecting your hands from tiny cuts and burns while shooting without reducing your ability to actually feel what you doing, and is the first glove I've felt comfortable doing precision work in without cutting off the right index finger.

The protection these offer is inherently less, but the trade-off is that you'll actually wear them instead of taking off or mutilating them for finer tasks. They are currently my top pick for tactical gloves.

I really like these gloves. The fit is just as it should be. When I was looking for tactical gloves the big stipulation was that they work with touch screen devices. These gloves work great on touch devices, however the stitching is coming apart on the thumb and index finger.. I have used these daily, for driving gloves, shooting and everything that goes along with it, loading and unloading equipment etc. I've only had then about a month and I'm a little disappointed about that.
I'm not the type of person to just rate something low because it starts to fall apart from using it, but I did some research and the Pig full dexterity are rated very well and maybe I got a pair that wasn't fully checked by QC.
I would like to see if that is the case so I might try another pair when this pair gives out.. We'll see.

These gloves fit really well to my medium sized hand. I usually wear a size 9 glove, and these fit my hand nicely. They may be slightly small, however they are designed to g=fit close to the contour of your hand. I use them at the range, and I almost never have to take them off to manipulate small items.

Cons: The threads on the fingertips are already beginning to come undone. I dont believe it will spread to the rest of the glove, however it may could leave small holes when the threads come completely undone
