At less than a dollar apiece, these tablecloths are an excellent value. We use them on big round wooden tables for outdoor parties, and at this price I have no hesitation about stapling them to the table, letting them get dirty and torn and then throwing them out after a single use. Though they are substantial enough that you could re-use them at least once, if you feel like going to the trouble of wiping them down!

In all my years of using plastic round table covers, I can promise you, no product could ever compare to the Genuine Joe GJO10330 Plastic Round Table Covers that I purchased recently. I'm going to tell you about my situation and show you how Genuine Joe saved me an arm and a leg worth of grief this summer.

So I was living in a cabin out in the woods in Georgetown, Maine (really beautiful spot, come visit someday and don't forget to check out Robinhood Marine Center), and I was kind of roughing it. Two working outlets, no doors hung, no running water, no floors, and importantly, no kitchen. How did I do it? A crock pot, a hot plate, and gallon jugs of water. Let me tell you, without the basic technology of our day it sure can be tough to clean up the kitchen. I was prepping and cooking on a large dining table, and it was kind of nice--polished wood, a nice amber brown. Well, it didn't take long before I realized that with all my equipment and food prepping that I would make a mess of this table. So you know what I did? I went onto Amazon and I looked up plastic table covers. I found the Genuine Joe variety and gave 'em a go. When they arrived, I eagerly tore apart the cardboard and plastic packaging and took one of the six plastic table covers into my hand. I cleared my table off and stretched the plastic cover over on top. My cabin kitchen experience was thenceforth changed much for the better. No more food on the table. No more worrying about water damage to the wood. Phew.

Here is my shortlist of praise for this product:
-gets the job done
-easy to clean
-cheap
-easy to throw away
-there are six of them

I am not sure if I want to open the package... When purchased it states the table cloths are 84" but the package says they will fit 48" and 60" tables.... I will be using 72" tables so maybe it will depend upon how much overhang you want.... Still.... feeling uneasy, will f/u with review IF and when I open them
