I am absolutely very happy with this Burt's Bees body wash. It has a very pleasant masculine scent, while cleansing and moisturizing. It washes on and off very well for quick or longer showers. The best part for me is that the all-natural ingredients give me total peace-of-mind from not using all those skin damaging chemicals found in just about every other body wash — even the pricier and exotic washes. I can only imagine, beyond my skin pores, the long term damage the chemicals in other soaps are doing internally. Burt's Bees totally hit the mark PERFECTLY with this product. I'm especially happy that it's fully made in the USA as well.

I bought this at the local grocery store, and I noticed there weren't many reviews for it on here so I thought I would give it one.

This product smells awesome, truly it is a manly scent. The girls seem to like it a lot, and its full of natural ingredients. It really leaves my skin softer and smelling nicer than any other product I have ever used, and I have bought hundreds of different body washes of the past decade trying to find that one that just clicks, and I think I have found it.

I have sensitive/dry skin and am picky about what kind of soap i use. I just started using this product and am impressed with the way it comes off your skin after washing. Other soaps feel like they don't rinse off quite completely, but not this stuff.

I bought this soap because I have been a fan of other products by Burt's Bees. I like the smell and I feel clean afterward. My only problem is that is very "watery" and I feel like I have to use a lot more of it took clean myself than I would with other soaps. So I feel like i am just flying through the 3 bottles I got.

First, I admit that the smell of the solution is not your typical old spice/axe/gillette type of smell. It does not smell like 80 year old man soap like one other reviewer said, however. After showering with it, I find there to be hardly any smell at all, which to me is fine.

My skin was smooth after showering, not like after using other washes that left a layer of soap after I was done and dried out my skin. I bought this because winter in Wisconsin is cold and dry, and my soap was not helping matters. This works, and I will definitely buy this again.

I had high hopes for this to be an effective body wash with a subtle fragrance, but was disappointed by two things. First, the wash was too thin. I needed to much of it to get a decent lather, which obviously raises the cost. Even then the product didn't feel like so much as sudsy water. Second, the scent of the wash as it comes out of the bottle is downright offensive. Gets better when diluted and with time, but not enough. Fragrance is a very personal thing, but my wife volunteered that the product "stunk."

This stuff turned out to be incredibly disappointing for how expensive it is. I guess I just expected a lot more from it. It seems like the 3 bottles that I got were almost diluted with water or something. The smell wasn't very strong. The incredible power of awake I'd feel in the morning (that it claimed it'd give me from the smell and feel) did not happen. A very boring soap (if soap can be boring).

If you had a super hippy dippy friend that made their own amateur soap and they could kinda do it, but they hadn't quite figured it out yet. That's what this soap is like. So don't pay top dollar for it and get some other natural soap cause this one isn't legit.

The smell is rather peculiar. The description says it is "Citrus Oils, Cyprus and Fir". There is basically no citrus aroma unless you bury your nose in it. The cyprus is the dominant smell and the fir is second. Not nearly as drying as other "natural" soaps, eg Dr Bronner.
