Thoughts from a Personal Trainer

I am a Personal Trainer and also teach many fitness classes, so when I say I know sneakers, I know sneakers. I am not just on my feet for 8-10 hours at a time, but jumping, squating, running, and lunging, etc. However, it doesn't matter what profession you are in, your feet and the quality of what you put your feet into MATTERS.

The Pros:
Comfort, yes they need very little breaking in and are a very soft ride compared to most other training shoes.
Flexibility, these shoes allow your foot to move, especially with lateral movements (which is key).
Lightweight, these babys feel like I am wearing socks while still providing enough comfortable support.

The Cons:
Durability, these could be made higher quality to withstand the long and HARD use I put them through, but what do you expect from the price point and made in China?
Design, there is a little lip on the heel of this shoe, meant to fit the contour of your heel. But if it doesn't align perfectly, expect one nasty blister.
Durability again, if you put these sneaks in the wash, (which is a must for me) make sure you put them in a separate wash bag (like the ones for unmentionables) because the mesh around where your toes flex rip very easily.
Support, if you need arch support, these shoes are much to wimpy for you.

Final thoughts:
For a recreational gym go-er, this shoe is great, especially weight lifting, not for running anything over a mile or two. Expect superb comfort and excellent response to your movements. For higher intensity activities, be prepared for a shoe that won't hold up for as long as you would like it to. But just remember that for about 60$ you can just get another pair and start all over with no break in period....
Whatever your decision, remember the first joints that hit the floor are in your feet! Take good care of them! ♡

These are the most comfortable shoes i have ever worn

These are the most comfortable shoes i have ever worn. I am on my feet 8-9 hrs a day in health field and these are perfect.
I was given a pair for Christmas and very soon went on line and bought another pair.

Great cross trainer

I really enjoy these shoes for cross training, like classes and lifting weights & I wear them to work as well I do a lot of walking at work! They are comfortable. I wouldn't recommend for running though or like the elliptical. They were slightly bigger, I'm glad I read reviews before ordering, because usually I'm in between 7.5-8 in general but Nike runs narrow for my feet and I wasn't sure if I should just go to an 8 BUT I didn't I did a 7.5 and I still had some toe room which was a surprise and I don't mind. Colors are great I get a lot of compliments and for the price I feel like this was a good purchase.

Great BUT..

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE SHOES. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever bought, and I am proud to say I bought them. The only problem I have with these shoes is I've only had them for two months and the inside bottom part of the shoe is already trying to fall out. I was kinda disappointed about that because these are the only shoes I like to wear anymore.

Look great and don't slip during planks

Use these for HIIT, cardio sculpt, and strength training every week. Look great and don't slip during planks. Also supportive enough for running. The only issue, and this is minor, is that they squeak while walking. I mostly wear them in the loud gym but the few times I've ran errands in them after, I draw attention.

Love them for light exercise!

I have these in black and white and I love them. I wear them to the gym for working out with a trainer. I have balance issues and these keep me more stable than a running shoe for lifting weights but still have enough spring and mobility for light aerobic exercise. I love how light weight they are but I wouldn't wear them for running. I don't think there's enough support and cushioning for that. I wore them all day at Disney World and my feet never hurt or got tired. They seem to run a half size big. I normally wear a 9-½ but a 9 fits perfectly. Am ordering another color now!

Love these shoes

Great shoe

I really love these shoes! I put them on right out of the box and immediately did my step aerobics workout. They were comfortable right away - no breaking-in needed. They are very light and feel more like a running shoe than a cross-trainer, but they provided all the support I needed to get through my workout. I love the color, too!

Arch support but beware of doing physical work in them in slippery areas. They are slick and have very little traction. Other than that they are awesome.

I LOVED how light they were and the easy slip on ...
