    The foot feels warm but I was unable to tighten the ankle/leg portion any appreciable amount. The velcro that it closes with is only on the tab that you can see on the side, and maybe 1/2" into the front of the boot. I would never be able to tighten it around my leg or pants. Also note that the gusset doesn't go all the way up, and doesn't look waterproof even where it exists. Might be good for 1-3" of snow, but probably not the winter boot you're looking for. I am returning my pair.

    Purchased these for a house hunting trip with my kids. They have never worn anything heavier than kids' sneakers, so I was concerned about the comfort level of these shoes. They worked out great for my 8 year old! We spent 3 days looking through 20+ houses with zero complaints. The temperature was a brisk -10 degrees and he never complained about his feet being cold. We managed to find a park on the beach (covered in snow!) and the kids played and climbed with no slipping.

    I also appreciated that he was able to slip the shoes on and off quickly anytime we entered a "no shoes" house.

    Bought these boots for my 9 year old. We played outside in a foot of snow we got during "snowmaggedon" 2016. Even went through the creek. His feet were dry and toasty warm! My only complaint is that the tops don't close around the legs very tightly, which would be nice for deep snow. But we just tucked his pants down in them and it wasn't an issue. They do run just slightly big, but that gives enough room for thicker or extra socks. My son is pretty picky about shoes and boots and he says they're super comfy.

    I love how they slip right on and are still water proof and warm. Obviously the are lacking the support of a lace up type boot. But they are still very nice. They are quick and comfortable. Plus very well made for the price. Great traction too!

    These boots are super soft and comfortable. They are easy to put on. My 8 y.o. daughter loves them. They are pretty warm for -10C. We didn't try them in the snow so I can't say anything about waterproof yet.

    Got these for my 5 and 3.5 year old boys. They like them and want to wear them. That's always a bonus. They seem warm and comfortable. Can't say on confirming waterproof yet. Sizes seem accurate.
