Daughter is Happy

I have a very picky young lady who originally complained when I opened the package. After feeling the material she then says "WOW this is soft" proceeded by "WOW this is warm" so my 10yr old likes it. Now I myself loved it as soon as I opened it without seeing it on her. We got some really cute gloves to match and a scarf and WA-LA she is ready for Chicago Winter's hopefully not a polar vortex again! She is a tall 10yr old 4'11 with long arms I got her a X-Large and it fits perfectly, she has room with a sweatshirt under and is a very comfortable fit. I recommend this coat!

Runs a little small, soft and fuzzy inside, biggest complaint would be size. Was hoping she could wear it all winter but not sure, also was not quite as warm/thick as I expected.

I love this jacket, but it runs very very small! I bought it for my 4 years old daughter, bought the jacket in size 8 and it is small for her!!!

Sleeves are too long

My daughter loves this jacket! The color and the fabric are really nice. However the sizing is off. I ordered a size 10 and everything fits well except the sleeves. They are too long!!! I have to fold them over to form cuffs!

Lovely Jacket

The jacket is good for mild winter weather (15 to 40 degrees). My only caution is that it is cut a bit narrow around the waist, so if your child has a bit extra around the middle the jacket may be too tight. My daughter loves that it is reversible.

long sleeves

The sleeves were incredibly long. Fit great everywhere else, but I had to return it due to roughly an excess of 3 inches on the sleeves. Love this coat in the toddler sizes, too bad the fit didn't work in the bigger sizes.

Cute jacket but probably would not buy again...

It is a super cute jacket. Got an xxs for my petite 3 year old who's almost 4. She's about 33 pounds and it's a snug fit but we'll get plenty of use because of El Niño hitting California. The reason it's only three stars is because of the sleeves. They are unproprotionally long. My daughter isn't a pterodactyl so we have to fold the sleeves up and over about 5 inches. I didn't think it would be as bad as it is. My daughter loves to tuck her hand in her sleeves so I thought it would work. I'll probably have it tailored. Someone at the pattern department at Columbia better make sure their measurements are right next time.
