    In the past, I have had great experiences with Columbia products and rarely had an issue with the quality of their materials. We received these and I noticed that the fabric seemed a bit thin compared to past snowpants from Columbia. I figured they'd be durable anyways and they fit my daughter well. About 2 weeks into the winters season, she comes in with a 2 inch rip on her knees. I am sure she was being a kid and sliding around on the snow on her knees...i'm not denying that. But the fact that these rather costly snowpants weren't up for the task when they were made for kids that do just that all the time...just bothered me. We picked up some 20 dollars snowpants at Target that are better made and she uses those now. Skip these if you have active kids...they aren't worth the money.

    Our daughter wears a size 10 in 2 other brands of outdoor clothing. The size 14/16 is snugger than others 10's. It has a nice look. Too thin and can't imagine it will keep kids warm long. I would not recommend for colder climates or long intervals of skiing in cold conditions. We have many different brand of ski and snowmobile clothing. Her good bibs are much more expensive than the regular price of these bibs and I see why. I know better but thought I would give this a try for the style. Didn't work for our needs. They are WAY TOO SMALL!!

    The dirt on the jump suit does not hold, and, therefore, have to wash far less often than usual. Even if after a walk bib frankly dirty — not in a hurry to send it to the Laundry. Hang it somewhere to the side to dry and then just brush off.
    The fabric itself to the touch it seems harsh and rough, "paper". The fabric easily "catches" on the villi.
    Thanks to Slimtech 140g insulation jumpsuit is very thin, but warm.
    The bib has a wide comfortable and easily adjustable suspenders. Adjustable with elastic and Velcro waist creates a good fit.
    The inner side of the leg are duplicated on the edge of a dense "vandal-proof" fabric that protects these places from rubbing.
    The upper part (chest and back) covered with fleece.
    The child at the end of the season, has grown significantly? Simple! Rasorite this blue thread and "liberate" the excess lining fabric. Thus you will lengthen legs by 4.6 cm, and at the same time smooth "waves" on my knees.
    According to the grid dimension of the brand, inseam in size 2T incam is 13 or 33 cm
    I measured inseam 28 cm long But without regard to system growth, which will give another +4,6 cm
    It turns out that in dimensional grid brand indicated the maximum possible length of the inner seam, i.e. already after the dissolution of the system growth.

    my 9 year old was really happy that for once i didn't buy her black or blue snow pants to be able to hand down to her little brother... She has a beautiful jade colored northface jackets and the outfit now looks so striking when put together. On their own i can spot her from a good distance which makes me happy that she hasnt disappeared into the crowd. The color also ensures that they won't get lost at school amongst the 330 other pairs.

    These are okay. As others have mentioned, they're quite thin, so I put my daughter in leggings and sweatpants and then she was fine. However, there were wet spots on her sweat pants when we came in, so I wouldn't get these for a skiing trip. For playing outside, they're fine, but I doubt they'd keep your child warm and dry on the slopes.

    Ordered for my daughter and they were a great color! I liked that they had velcro on the side so you can adjust them depending on what works best for your child. My daughter consistently wears a 10/12 and these were too small (even when we extended the suspenders all the way) and that is the only reason I returned them. However, had they fit my thought would have been "These are good enough" since we don't get a lot of snow--maybe a weeks worth of snow playtime per year. They were very thin and the bottoms were sort of like bell bottoms. They had the elastic part that pulled out from underneath that would go over your snow boot, but the bottom cuff of the actual snow pant was unusually wide. Neither are deal breakers for me, but just FYI. Like I said, they would have been good enough but if you're looking for snow pants to get through some cold outdoor weather or skiing in the cold, these may not keep your child that warm and could potentially rip easily since they are so thin.

    My 8 1/2 year old daughter thought that these were the bomb. In a good way. We absolutely loved the bright color because it was easy to keep an eye on her on the slopes. They kept her warm and dry every day for the week that we were in the snow. Of course she had a base layer under the bib as well. But doesn't everybody? I would recommend these to my friends......and even to some of my family. J/K LOL!
