Pulse XT Knit

I've always been a huge Puma fan since my first pair. Since then Puma has never let me down and these stand as the fifth installment to my testament.
Breaking it down into a pros and cons list would look a little something like this:
Pros being the soft, feather weight material and the form fitting design. Along with this there's the excellent style and form of the sneaker. They're very sleek and just flashy enough. I do use mine for gym workouts as well and they provide needed comfort and support for both weight lifting and small warm ups.
The only cons I can think of are the small size to other shoes. I typically wear size 10.5-11 depending on the brand but Puma has always been a hard one to work with. A lot of their shoes go all over the place with their sizes and these do run small. I purchased and still have my 10.5. They work well and I haven't needed to trade for a larger size, but I will be getting a half size bigger than normal next time. I would suggest anyone do the same.
All in all this an amazing shoe. It works it's magic both in the gym and on the street. I'd highly suggest anyone, be it Puma fan or shoe enthusiast, to get a pair.

Perfect Cross-training Shoes

The Pumas are one of my favorite cross-training shoes; I only wear them at my Fitness Center and then I return them to my gym bag. They are great for treadmill and weight training... the colors really stand out and they are very comfortable throughout my two hours of training (4 days a week). I have two pair (purchased Jan/2016) and will purchase a couple more before the end of the year.

Very Comfortable Shoes

Not sure I like the look as much as I thought I would, although they are extremely comfortable. I must say, too, that until I break these in, they are very hard to put on since the tongue is sewn shut at the top. Once you have them on, they are fine.

Horrible support for a workout or walking shoe

Horrible support. Probates your foot. Bought to workout thought it was a deal now have to buy shoe insert to compensate for the poor design there is a reason they are cheap. Also makes your foot look dainty. I'm a 240lb 6 foot tall man. Don't need dainty.

Tongueless Trainer

This is a good workout shoe. Just know the tongue of the shoe is sewn into the shoe, so getting your feet in to begin with is a little snug. But once your feet are in the shoe they feel like any other trainer. Good support. Excellent value at my purchase price of twenty-eight dollars and change. The colors are little loud for my taste, but I use this as a workout shoe only so who cares what they look like as long as they're comfortable and do the job. Would have received 5-stars but the tongueless trainer was a bit strange in terms of design.

Great XTraining shoe!

I'm a habitual Puma purchaser, so I knew what to expect as far as size is concern. They fit me perfectly. I've never purchased cross training Pumas, however. When I put them on, I was immediately impressed. Light weight cushioned. I fell in love with them yesterday when I went on a run with the wind blowing. They're so breathable, I could feel the wind going IN TO the shoe. So comfortable!

I LOVE these shoes

I LOVE these shoes. I'm a girl and I wear a size 8.5 so I ordered them in a size 7 and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable, I wear them around my college campus all day and my feet do not hurt. I also have flat feet so finding comfortable shoes is hard, these shoes help out a lot.

which means putting the stupid shoe on is a workout unto itself

semi-OK shoe with the weirdest lace-up design in the word. The tongue is sewn to the upper all the way to the part of the tongue which is at the foot opening. I.e., the tongue is impossible to lift up or move, which means putting the stupid shoe on is a workout unto itself, impossible without a shoehorn and some rather advanced yoga poses. Stunningly idiotic design. Also there is no arch support at all.
Puma would seem to be a brand you'd be advised to steer clear of.

Break them in.

Although very tight for at first, lol make sure you break in any new sneaker. After that it's amazing. Fits as expected. Nice deep red color and the flyknit it super light weight.
