This Garcinia Cambogia is as good as it claims to be.
After using GC for a few months about a year ago (2000mg per day/65%) I upped my goals and decided to take off another 10 pounds. Finding that the active % available was now up to 80%, I decided to give this product from Potent Organics a try. The caps hold 750mg each, so I took two at a time (1400 mg) twice a day (2800mg total) for two weeks. Lo-and-behold, with my diet and exercise patterns unchanged, I managed to drop 8 pounds,

I plan to continue to use it at a lower level for 'maintenance' for a while. I have noted NO ill effects whatever.

If you are interested in trying Garcinia Cambogia to help with weight loss - or, if you have already tried other brands and have been less than satisfied, I would suggest giving these a go. Of course, everyone's body and metabolism is different. What works for some will likely not work for all - but it certainly worked well for me.

I have been using this product for about a month now. This is no miracle drug but it helped control most of my hunger cravings. 1/2 way through the bottle. I would more than likely buy another bottle because I do feel that it does help give me a fighting chance to lower my body weight and body fat. Also understand that I am following a set meal plan and routinely exercising.

Just BE SURE you let the pills work in your system before you eat. If you wait enough time, and drink water, you will be surprised at how full you feel with so little. And not just full physically, but it becomes much less interesting to think about food at all. Things still taste great, but it's almost like you don't "need" to have them, you can pass it by - you can choose. And that is a new thing for people like me. So - if this works on a crazy appetites like mine, it WILL work for a normal human being. I take advantage of this reduced appetite and have been eating healthy food - because I can do it now without going crazy! I also started working out again, which has reduced my appetite further! Like I said, I am so happy with it, and there are no crazy side effects.

I also suggest keeping a supply of this in your car, and get used to bringing lots of water with you everywhere. You never know when you may need to go to lunch with someone, decide to go out to eat during errands, or get a craving in the car to eat crap, and this can drastically reduce what you are capable of eating in one sitting, if you give it at lest 30 minutes and drink water. I have best results with about 30-45 minutes prior to food. If you are going to go for any diet type pill, this is the safest one to choose. Good luck all! In December, I decided to stop taking the pills to see if the pills were actually aiding my weight lost. After 3 weeks, I only lost 1lb. So I decided to order another bottle, and within two weeks, I lost 4lbs.

I'm officially sold on this product and will continue to use it throughout my journey.

My goal is to lose 92lbs. 67 more lbs to go.
