This is a great all in one system if you want to have some led strips installed around your house. The kit comes with the sensor, a 44 key remote and the led strip. The LED strip comes with an male and a female end so if you wanted to link up more led strip to this one, it is possible unlike other strips that I have encountered.

The power brick is a little bit big, but I am guessing it is needed to power the many leds that are on this strip. Beware if you wanted to link more led strips together, you may need a bigger power supply.

I recommend getting this product with the 44-key remote because it has more pre-set colors and a few extra modes when compared to the smaller 24 key remote. Be sure to unplug the battery when the remote is not in use because it seems to drain the battery for no reason, and the CR2032/2025? batteries are not easy to replace.

I did notice that I can cut the strip and adjust into any length that I desire, but I found that the product did not come with any additional connectors that I could use to re-link the cut strip into the power supply and the sensor. I wish it came with a few connections so that I can cut the strip and adjust the size instead of having to use the whole strip without cutting or adjusting it, as I don't need that long of a strip for the area around my TV. Hopefully they will include a few connections without having me to buy them separately.

The LEDS can go through many different colors, it seems that you can manually adjust the colors. The only thing is that the white color is pure white, it isn't like a warm white, so if you want a warm and yellowy white color (off-white) these strips do not produce that color.

-Super bright
-Highly configurable (can brighten, dim, speed up, slow down, hold a solid color, fade, flash, and MORE!)
-Many color options
-3M adhesive backing pre-installed for easy mounting
-Flexible
-Waterproof
-Cool to the touch LEDs

Cons:
-Cannot be daisy chained (sorry, I assumed incorrectly in the video review)
-Some colors are not accurate when you move away from primary colors

The OxyLED LED strip lights are really bright. My 3 year old daughter loved seeing these lights in action as I cycled through the colors at her request. This model comes with a remote control that makes controlling the lights fun and fast. The customization these lights allow amazes me. Combined with 5M worth of flexible lights, these can brighten up parties and many occasions! The fact that it comes wrapped in a real makes it easy to use and also easy to store. I can neatly pack these away unlike the mess of Christmas lights that get shoved in a box.

Very cool lights! I purchased this one and another cheaper one to compare both. This one has multi-color LEDs with RBG all-in-one per module versus the other cheaper one that had separate red, green and blue LED modules. Three times as much light and the motion and color representation are better.

Pretty cool product. Enjoyed it very much! Reason I took a star off is because the directions weren't clear on how to connect them. It seems extremely self explanatory but they wouldn't turn on the first five mins cause I actually hooked it up wrong. Then I went thru the questions and answers. And found both the arrows had to be pointed at each other. These LEDs are under my granite top so I can't really speak on how hot they can get.

And the features are really cool! You'll be playing with them for awhile. Biggest thing I enjoyed is you can adjust the brightness. Cause they get really bright but when it's movie time I like to dim them down!

I bought this to put in my boathouse. Attached to the rafters to keep it out of the rain. After I installed the first one I bought a second for increased lumen output. The 5050 chips are great and even though the remote is a little flimsy I still try to find more places to put these. Light output is great and they are really fun to play with. Sooo many choices of how my boathouse looks each night.

The only flaw in the design that I see is the attachment point of the strip to the controller. It has very little holding power. I put a dab of hot glue on it to hold it in place. Any adhesive would work fine. I was using the hot glue to attach the first roll to 1x2 boards to keep the strip from peeling off as the adhesive tape isn't going to hold the strip. On the 2nd set I skipped the 1x2's and just used plastic NM cable straps on each rafter to attach.

I like it I bought 2 of these for me and my sister they really set the mood and are very bright but you can adjust the brightness which I like but the only reason I'm giving it stars is because of the adhesive tape being weak and not sticking it fell off with in 2 hours after being hooked up but I had to use more tape to hold it up my advice is to get heat tape that way once the lights start to warm up as well as the tv it won't fall off and another reason is because when you put it on the fade setting it won't let you do one color it only has the fade 3 colors options but overall it works like a charm and delivery was right on time..
