Feel good for a week, then all the cushioning and padding is gone

I bought three pair of the Go Walk 3 shoes from Kohls and from Amazon. While that may seem excessive, the first pair I bought was so comfortable after one week of wear that I went searching and bought the next ones for future use. The top material of the shoe is wonderful and has a little bit of give for those of us with wider feet. However, after two weeks of wear the shoes started to break down and weren't feeling all that comfortable any more. The gogamat padding felt as if it was no longer cushioning, and the round cushioning pieces on the soles were completely smashed down at the ball of the foot of the shoe. I do walk my dog on the road, on pavement, not on a rough or loose gravel-type surface, but these are walking shoes so they should have held up better. I swapped this pair of shoes with the second pair to see if it was a fluke, first week wonderful, but again after two weeks of wear the second pair are worn down in the same manner. For their price, they should have held up better. I have had several other pairs of Skechers, they are the brand that I look for and I have never been disappointed in them before, so I think that the "technology" they put into the Go Walk 3 style is not solid. I returned the third pair and am forming a letter to send to the company now.

I love the shoes but unfortunately they haven't lasted like I would have hoped for. I have only had them for about 2 weeks and the sole has already worn almost completely away. I'm on my feet a lot being a teacher assistant for an elementary school and my husband and I walk 2 to 3 miles a night. I thought these would be perfect for me. They are very comfortable but just know they don't last using them for outdoor walking on paved streets with gravel. The little pieces of gravel get stuck in beside the little round rubber soles and you have to pick it out.
I'm getting a replacement part to just to wear inside at school because of the comfort.

Good for walking and running

I am training for a half marathon. Logging in lots of miles - both walking and running. I bought these shoes for the walking part of the training. They are comfortable, light weight, and sturdy. I am wearing them for both the walking AND running part of my training.

Love them!!!!

I have plantar fasciitis and tried a dozen pair of shoes but none helped only seem to make my feet hurt worse. These provide the support and comfort and I can wear all day and my feet are feeling much better and not hurting throughout my day. Well worth the money not to have the pain. Very cushy and soft! Love them!

I WISH SKETCHERS WOULD LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!!!!!

I do like "style" these shoes. However, I am not loving the gago mat. This is the second pair of Go Walks I have purchased with that in them, 2 different styles. I have to say after wearing them all day and being on my feet 95 % of the day, MY KNEES HURT. I WISH SKETCHERS WOULD LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!!!!! The Go Walks 2 were the best they put out. I hate the memory foam as well. It just sucks because before they monkeyed around with everything, I loved Go Walks. My legs, KNEES, back, and feet didn't hurt at the end of the day. Now my knees are killing me at the end of the day. It sucks!!!

They are really nice shoes when it's about comfort

I'm not a fan of writing reviews but this pair of shoes are disappointing enough to get me here. They are really nice shoes when it's about comfort. However, the first day I wore them and went to the gym, I noticed how easy it is for them to get dirty. None of my gym shoes are as dirty as these ones, and I just had them on for one day! But anyways, I could live with that. So today was my second day wearing this pair of shoes, and when I got home, I noticed the odor was much stronger than I expected. I heard a lot of odor issues with Sketchers products, but this model is said to be made with some odor-resistant material. I cannot imagine how smelly it would be with other shoes. What was worse, the inner edge was already stretched out in such a short time!

All-day comfort

I wore these every other day (alternated with a pair of sandals) on a two-week trip to Europe and walked miles and miles in them. They are lightweight and comfortable. I have a somewhat wide foot with a narrow heel, and I was able to adjust the lacing on a Medium width so that my toes weren't crushed, while still having the back of the shoe narrow enough that they weren't sliding off my heel. I found them most comfortable with a pair of thin cotton short socks

Love these!

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The memory sole is amazing. I wear them to exercise in and just for every day use. In fact, I've bought two pairs because I like them so much. I have found that Skechers run a bit small. I normally wear an 8 1/2 but I bought a 9 to give my toes more room.
