cannot go wrong with these - slight heel and good gripping soles - I live in North East so will get all seasons

Slippers in a non-slipper package

These shoes fit perfectly out of the box. They're a little loose with thin socks and just right with thick. Comfortable enough for a day of running around doing errands, and nice enough that I don't look like I'm wearing a completely casual shoe (on my days off I'm normally a sneaker woman and was looking for something a little nicer). I'm a size 11 and the 11 fits me just right. I've also been impressed with how these shed dust and dirt. We've had quite a few ice and snow storms recently and they've held up well against the salt and mud. I wouldn't recommend puddle jumping, but for regular running around on sidewalks they work. I would highly recommend!

Slides on and off easily.

This is a review in behalf of my 94 year old mother. She now has this pair of shoes in three colors. Her first two ran a bit large, so she wears a slightly thicker sock. Next we purchased down a size and they fit her just right. She uses a walker to get around, and says these shoes a very comfortable. Her caretakers really appreciate these shoes. She has trouble bending down to put her shoes on, and the zipper closure makes in very simple to ease them on to her feet. At night, she is able to slide them off quite easily by herself. I also own a pair of these shoes, and there is not a lot of arch support. However, they still are comfortable and I am able to wear them all day.

Look nice but...

I used to LOVE Merrell shoes but lately, seems like the look of the shoes is super but the fit and quality not so super. I thought this shoe would have more substance to it but does not have much substance at all. The material feels like flimsy cardboard. The shoe looks casual nice for a sporty flat but not very comfortable and definitely not supportive. While canvas Keds aren't much to look at, my canvas Keds are a better fit and more comfortable to wear for much longer periods of time.

Cheaply made

I love Merrell shoes. I loved the Lorelei Zip which they no longer make. Much sturdier. That said, these shoes are stylish and comfortable. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because I received 3 pair all with defective zippers. That's just poor quality control. The black pair I bought have a good zipper but this color for some reason is a lemon.

Love Merrells

These shoes are extremely comfortable but need an arch support insole. I use one in my pair. I find the heel a little loose as others have mentioned in their reviews. I am thinking about purchasing another pair.

Longer than expected.

I always wore size 6.5, but several previous pairs of Merrell shoes fit perfectly at size 7. This pair are slightly too long and slip off the heels a bit as I walk. So far I wear them for a couple hours but I think I'll be able to gradually wear them longer. It's the first time I've had this problem.

Cute shoe

Loved this shoe, nice look, comfortable, I ordered my normal sized and I can wear it with a sport sock... Because of its white inside I will not recommend to wear it bare foot.
