    At the time of my order, the description for this item did not match the item itself so I guided myself with the pictures and buyer reviews. After reading they run tight/small in some reviews I decided to order these Crocs Hilo flip flops in size 13(B)M Women US / 11(D) Men US, a size above my own which is 12 in Women US. They arrived on time and do in fact run small, glad I ordered a size larger. The cushioning and medium arch are great but because of the material they're made out of they're not the most comfortable at the strap, both at the thong and sides, plus they stick and squeak. For the price and light use just around the house, they'll do the job. Will order a different kind next time.

    This is my third pair of the Crocs Flip Flops. They were recommended for my heal pain...which I no longer have. The instant cushioning that you feel never diminishes. They give me arch support and are so comfortable even from day 1.

    These Crocs fit as expected but aren't nearly as comfortable as other Crocs I've had in the past. I did a lot of walking in Hawaii and my feet hurt at the end of the day. I was able to walk a whole day in amusement parks in my other Crocs and my feet felt fine.

    crocs are feets best friend. i have had a couple of pair of these and this pair i ordered for my daughter. we've been to the beach and even hiked/walked 3 mile hike in them and our feet dont tire. they are a snug fit, so if you are a 9.5 get a 10 etc...

    The sandal was very snug and after a full day of wearing them they had worn away the skin on top of my foot, creating several small sores on the skin.
    I have purchased other styles of croc flip flops that were exactly the same size as these that fit just fine and did not rum away the skin on my feet. I don't know why these were sized so differently from other styles.

    I really like these flip flops. I was replacing a pair of Crocs Athens flip flops that is aver 10 years old which was too big for my foot. I read the reviews and went by what others said, because my feet are narrow. These flip flops fit perfect for my foot. The only thing that I had some concerns about was that they were not as soft on the foodbed as the Athens. I decided to give them a try and was amazed that within 2 hours of wearing them for the first time, they became softer and really comfortable....they needed a break-in time just like other shoes.
