Cute and functional

Great quality for the discounted price. The jacket is definitely fitted and the XXS was a slimmer fit than I was hoping on my toddler who normally wears a 4T/4 -but it does fit her comfortably. The arms are on the long side, have to cuff them a couple times on her but it looks cute that way anyway. I like the inside pockets (although she's too young to use them) and the place to write her name on the inside as well. I would buy a similar product again from Columbia when she outgrows this, definitely a quality product in comparison to most of the fleece jackets I see in department stores.

Nice weight for southern winters

This jacket is the perfect weight for spring, fall, and all but the coldest days of winter here in central Texas. When it's colder than around 35 or 40, I'll pack my daughter up in a real winter coat -- but this is less puffy and constraining when a light coat or heavy jacket is needed. It also washes well, with little or no shrinkage, and the zipper is very sturdy. It held up to a full school year with no tears or breaks.

Really nice fall coat

Really like the weight and look of this coat.
I gave it 3 stars because they cut the bottom front shorter than the back(for style purposes I'm sure) and it makes it like not long enough, but if you were to size up the sleeves(which are already disproportionately long) would be Way to long and the rest of the coat would be too big.
On a juniors or adults coat, okay that would be fine, but for a little kid? We don't need a 'stylish cut' we need a 'functional cut'.
Other than that it's very nice..but its kind of a big problem.

Beautiful fleece jacket

She generally wears around big girls size 14 - 16 so I ordered a Large and this fits perfect. This fleece jacket is perfect for Springtime. I live where it gets very cold during the winter. Due to safety issues, you're not supposed to let your children wear winter coats in the car seat. Soft, cozy

It is sized a 4/5 which I didn't think much about, but it is a little large for my 3y/4y sized daughter. She may still be able to wear it, but the sleeves are a bit long. I still believe it runs true to size. The material is very soft and the pink is a bright salmon or corsl color. It is really darling. There is a large sized pocket on each side, with a zipper closure, which is nice for little ones so that they don't loose anything while playing. It feels a little thin in terms of a coat, but not thinner than you would expect for fleece. It will be adequate for fall days or a layer in the winter. Overall, i would recommend it, and am pleased with my purchase. I am hoping we get two years wear out of it based on the 4/5 sizing. The price tag from the columbia retailer says it retails for $45. Lastly, it includes a tag sewn inside the jacket where a name can be written for identificiation purposes.
