    I purchased these 1/2 size up based on other reviews and replaced the insoles with SuperFeet blues. I've put about 5 miles on them so far. Even 1/2 size up the toebox is not as spacious as what I expected from Keen; however, they are comfortable and I am very happy with my purchase.

    My first order of these I selected a half size larger-- nope, needed 1 1/2 sizes larger. BUT that issue a side I love these shoes. Everything about them. The fit I got is so comfortable. Nice roomy toe boxy feeling of sturdiness in the sole. WATERPROOF!!! I bought the, for day hikes in the local forest and their perfect for that...and taking to dog for a walk...running to the grocery store...into casual dinner. I've had very good result from two pairs of keens before these---and I just bought some keen winter hikers. I don't think you will be disappointed

    I had purchased a pair of the mid height version of these and found them a bit small. These are just right and I can wear regular and hiking weight socks. Comfortable and I can walk and hike all day in these. Great shoe. A good fit makes all the difference.

    Haven't tested how water proof they are but they are comfy. What drew me to these shoes is the extra rind up front. Lots of leather and rubber... No toes popping out the side after wear and tear like shoes with too much mesh. What surprised me was how roomy the shoe is around the toes. Yes it isn't the sleekest looking shoe but that extra room up front is a slice of heaven..

    This is a very high quality pair of hiking shoes. They remind me of wearing boots. My wide feet fit comfortably in this pair of shoes. The waterproof material is definitely a nice bonus on wet muddy trails. I'm happy with the tread tho I feel there is room for improvement as with everything. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

    I normally wear size 11maybe an 11.5. After reading the reviews I ordered a 12 at first the left foot was tight. I wore them around the house for a day and there fine. The other issue is that they are loose around the ankle due to the design, your only recourse is to pull them tight around your ankle. This would be fine except the ankle loosens up and the shoe becomes tight over the top of the foot. You need to spend time figuring out the best way to wear them. The support and insole are very good best off the shelf as fare as that goes.

    These Keen's appear rugged for my hiking, doggie walking, general use. I have a wide foot by my toes so the extra roomy toe box is great! My heals aren't as wide, so the heal area seems a little loose. I've been working at trying to snug the shoe lasses up to make it a more snug fit. I like the looks and they seem to be put together well.

    I took the advice of other reviews for ordering a size bigger, and they fit just fine. I like these shoes so well, that I bought another pair when I noticed a price drop in my watch list. The shoes are very good quality, comfortable, and assembled in the USA(hard to find anymore). I would give 5 stars if the fit is correct. Hopefully, keen will fix this in future shoes. Don't be turned off by the size issue, they are great shoes. Try some on at a shoe seller, than order then from Amazon if they are cheaper.
