I purchased this heat press 16x20 Large Non-stick surface Heat Press Machine Digital Transfer Sublimation Machine for Clamshell T-shirt on October 5th, 2015. It was delivered on October 7, 2015. I was in LOVE with it. Yes, it was very heavy and bulky- but I wanted a large press so that I could do larger shirts and hoodies without having to reposition the shirt. I wanted even presses. This press lived up to my expectations and I raved about it. I recommended it to so many people. Fast forward to February 4. 2016. After being used on average once a week to press a few items a week nothing in bulk. I was using the press and waiting for it to heat up to 305 for a shirt- My 8 year old daughter walks into the room and tells me it smells like something is burning. It smelt like burning plastic. I turned it off as soon as I realized that it was the press. I'm not sure what burnt up in it but the next day it won't heat over 87 degrees. :(

Great product and easy to use once u figure out the settings. Most presses requires 350-380 degrees Fahrenheit this goes up to 430. The alarm is great to let u know its ready at your deaired temperature. It was shipped really fast and any questions I had was quickly responded to by the seller.

I bought this model just a few months ago because my 15x15 machine broke when I tried to adjust for a thicker material. The plus with this model is that it does adjust very nicely. Also, I liked having the 16x20 surface area instead of 15x15. Beyond that, I am very disappointed. I have burned myself many times on this because it doesn't open very far. Also, the heating seems to be very inconsistent. I had problems with overheating so turned down the heat a little and the time a little. Then it was underheating. It only does it on parts of the material so I think it is inconsistent heat on different parts of the heating surface. I'm now having to get another new machine because this one isn't doing the job.

Best Machine to have,as soon as i arrived i opened the large box,it is a little heavy,the UPS guy had to cart it to my door,i read the instructions but its some what hard to understand, buy if you are wanting to get in business this is the machine to have. Get it Get it Get it you will not be sorry it is worth every dime!!!!!!!!! and more for what others are selling theres for.

ok. I purchased this product back in May 2015.... and today (January 29, 2016) it quits working. I call them an they tell me that most likely it's the heating element, and they'd be happy to send me one at my expense! Then Kyle informed me that the part will be coming from China and will take 5-6 weeks to get here!!!!!!!!!!!!! I run a small store front T-shirt shop and can't afford not to have a heat press for 5-6 weeks!!!!!!!!!! I need a heat press that's going to last longer than 6 months.... I think for $350 it should last at least a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugggh! Now What?

I will not be purchasing this item again! Not worth it!
