Silicone is the way to go for cooking gloves. In my video review, I do a direct comparison with my traditional oven mitts and these silicone gloves win in every category hands down. I was skeptical of these because we've tried similar looking items in the past that have fallen extremely short of their claim to be the greatest thing. After ordering these, we received them in the mail extremely quick. We ended up trying them out a few times that night like a kid just entering a candy store. These worked great! We use cast iron occasionally and if you have ever used cast iron, you know the pans stay hot for a long time. I did not feel any heat transfer through these gloves. And it's a lot easier to pick things up with these than a typical pot holder. You always have to worry about slipping and dropping things with the pot holders. Thinking about a second set to keep just with our camping stuff. We've use the "Ov Glove" previously, however these are cheaper, come in a pair, and work better.

I absolutely love these gloves. I do a lot of cooking and baking and they are much better than traditional oven mitts or pot holders. One thing in particular I like is they do not take up much space in my kitchen. Plus with the color being so bright it's easy to spot them in my drawer. My husband tested them out with our grill this evening and they are great for him too!!!

These gloves arrived in excellent condition and work rather well as potholders, or as a protective mat to prevent hot dishes from scorching countertops. They are a lot thicker than I expected, and due to the thickness of these, I can't use them to turn over delicate tems like fish sticks that I prepare in skillets (ie. that's what I initially purchased them for), but I can use them to retrieve meat and larger items right out of the hot pan or grill as needed. My husband uses them on the grill, and I use them for both stovetop/oven cooking and when using my crisper pan in my microwave. No burns with these so far!

This is a great product. This product size is VERY large. It works exactly as described, and my husband is happy to have these for the grill! I had intended them for use in my kitchen, but they were way to big for me...I do have very small hands, but I would think these are still to large for most women to use effectively .. but for the man in your life an awesome buy!!! I have attached pictures for reference (one has my hand placed correctly in the glove with the other hand on top, one has my husbands hands placed the same way, and one has the glove laying on a letter sheet size blank piece of paper 8 1/2 x 11). They are very thick and durable. They hold heat away from you very, very well. The material is perfect for allowing you to grip your items and not worry about them slipping out of your hands. They also come with an AMAZING EBook with 300 recipes! (it is 445 pages with very well detailed recipes) which will be a highly used product at the lake and camping! I will no longer have to use my oven in my camper as this book tells you how to do things ON THE GRILL!!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE both the gloves and the Ebook. Thanks so, so much to BFV Home. They have even followed up with several emails to be sure we were happy with our purchase. I truly can't recommend this product highly enough. I was provided this product at a discounted price for my honest and unbiased review.

I have been needing a new potholder for some time now, saw these and thought I should give them a try. I was happy to receive these before lunch and made some nachos just to try these out. I put these on and they fit really well, with allowing me to even bend my fingers. I didn't feel like it was restricting my movements and would allow me to use my fingers and hands, as needed. I put my bowl in the oven and waited. It is scary not knowing if something will protect your hand from the heat, but these are a made to make you feel comfortable using them. The super grippy hearts made getting my bowl out the oven really easy. My hand was protected perfectly and once I took the glove off, I touched it where the heat was and it wasn't even hot to touch. That's nice. Also, you can put one glove on the counter or stove and place whatever it is that is hot on the glove, like a trivet. I did receive these gloves at a discounted rate in exchange for my unbiased and honest review. Obviously, I love these. They are perfect fitting and have an amazing grip. I cannot wait to use these more often. These will be going on my gift list to buy for friends and family.

These cooking gloves are pretty good!! When you wear these gloves you'll feel like they are loose but when you start using them they kinda get molded to your hands. I have small hands so it fits me perfectly. My only complain is, I don't like the fact that the inside is plastic too. They Get my hands all sweaty.
They have a moderate heat resistance up to 425 degrees. Normally when you buy oven mitts they come in single, but these gloves come in a pair so it is more convenient to carry hot heavy baking trays and stuff. These gloves gives a nice strong grip.

I bought this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review
