Works well. Brush is made of two rows of soft carbon fiber bristles attached to a plastic-handled, aluminum-sheathed holder. Holding the brush gently to the surface of a record sweeps away dust and dissipates static, keeping more dust from being pulled to the record surface. This has been very helpful, especially in winter, when dry air and carpeted floors mean static abounds in our home.
I noticed that some other brushes on Amazon, including one that looked almost identical, received complaints about bristles shedding. I didn't notice this with this model, until I ran it over some white paper. There, I could see a few stray bristles, but they were so few and fine that I wasn't able to get them to show up with my phone's camera. But, after twenty passes and much shaking, there were 3-4 bristles left behind. The bristles are so fine that I doubt they they would affect play. If you need perfect... this brush is only close. Definitely good enough for me.
Note, this is a brush... It isn't a washing system, and it isn't going to remove grime other than regular dust. There are a number of other solutions for heavy-duty cleaning. This is perfect for light cleaning before and after play.

My product differs from the reviewers picture, it appears that they don't even keep their own merchandise consistent. The fine hairs are miscut, matted and constantly leaving remains all over my records making them look like fiberglass. I have a separate cleaner, thankfully, as now it will be used to rid my vinyl of this product. I am fathomed as to why the original listing price is $70. Through the clear package I could see that my 'metal' cover was not even placed squarely nor was it even adhered entirely.

I bought this product and should've listened to my gut instinct when the one star reviews told you that the brush comes apart. It definitely comes apart and goes into the fine grooves of your vinyl. It also doesn't do anything on antistatic if anything it probably makes it worse. Please save your money find another solution. This product only lasted a few days before started coming apart. Look at the photo, those lines are the fibers. I don't know how I'm going to remove them now. So no listening to LPs until I get something else, and I'm getting seven LPs delivered tomorrow great.
