DJI has the WORST service in the entire world. I'm not sure who could beat that. A team of 5 year olds working on tech support might be as good if not better. I just can't believe how poor the service is...

1)Good luck calling them because at one point, I called for 2 weeks straight almost everyday. It said the phones were too busy. So that means I didn't even get the chance to be put on hold and wait over an hour like usual. I called the SECOND they opened just to test to see if I could catch them before it was "TOO BUSY" and still no luck. I tried right be closing and still no luck. I tried EVERY OTHER HOUR and still no luck during that 2 week period. One time I got someone after about 20 min hold, it never happened again and will never happen again.

2) the people on the phone have ZERO clue on what the hell is going on. I almost asked if they even know who they are working for. I was scared to ask... I've talked to maybe 10 people since I've had DJI products now and each one of them were the biggest waste of time. I emailed probably dozens and dozens of time and even THAT is a waste of my time. I get answers "at this time we have no solution for this" ....... WHAT THE HECK. Why even release something and months later you have no answer. OH MY.

3)They keep putting out new stuff and can't even handle the first product they made. I believe they focused 110% of new products( which I don't blame... its a business) but don't care who has bought and needs help with one of their lemons.

4) if you don't update your firmware on the drones ( whichever model you have bought ) it will ground your unit.Read more ›

FIX THE PROBLEMS, THIS PRODUCT IS NOT READY FOR USE

This would be a great product if DJI fixed the bugs BEFORE releasing this. Or had any customer service at all. As it is, they release Firmware to fix the bugs, which does next to nothing. I have spent far more time trying to install and upgrade the firmware than I have flying the machine. I would NOT buy this product.

The second controller is useless. The video quality is so horrible that it is literally impossible to use the second controller to take video. Complete waste of money.

Amazing tech. Makes the Phantom series look like a mall kiosk toy. A few issues: 1) the vendor bundled a less-than-advertised memory card, which the Inspire app popped a warning for being too slow 2) UPS was late and had inaccurate tracking info 3) additional battery still hasn't arrived yet (vendor says it will ship later due to back order and customs). Otherwise...beautiful performance.

great but broken. 6 week warranty time.

Great product except mine arrived with a faulty camera and now I'm waiting 5-6 weeks while my brand new device is fixed. In my few flights it seemed to fly well and the images it captured were rather good. First generation product and they are still working out the bugs. If you plan to use this for a business you will need a second one of some type to back it up for downtimes. When I called to order a phantom 3 as backup the sales person said that I wasn't the only one.
