This is the 2nd one of these I've purchased. The first, I let sit all summer and the batteries corroded and it broke. So take your batterires out. I like this b/c i have always had sinus issues and I'll do anything to avoid getting a sinus infection including stick this thing up my nose while water pulsates through it. It's a little uncomfortable at first but then you get used to it and remember to breathe through your mouth and then you love it, especially when you are really congested from allergies, a cold or a sinus infection. Great tool.

I love this thing! I have been using a neti pot for a while now, but I much prefer this after trying it. I don't make near as much of a mess, and it feels soooo good massaging my sinuses! I have been trying to get others to try it out, they just don't know what they're missing!

Bought this for my sinus treatment. I have inflamed tissues high up the nostrils that need saline and steroid rinse. Stopped working after a month. Changed the batteries twice and still didn't work. I didn't check the reviews before I bought. Disappointing to see so many complaints. To its merit it provided good relief for the month it worked. It is a shame that the company hasn't bothered to respond to any of the complaints nor try and fix the issues. I am thinking of trying a squeeze bottle with a narrow nozzle that can shoot high.

I like it but takes effort to work. You have to press the blue power button with a little force to get the solution moving through the nostrils. It says to tilt your head down over the sink and press the button until the solution starts to drain through the other nostril. The solution wouldn't start moving through the nostril unless I held the sinugator parallel to my nose, which I don't like about it. Ease of use is not good but I'll still use it.

I love the idea of this, but as others have said, the quality is not stellar. I had mine for less than a year, went to go use it this morning, and it was dead. I swapped out the batteries for brand new ones, and still no luck. I may disassemble this one to see what happened, but not I am debating whether I want to role the dice and get another one, or go to some non-electric.

I have bought 3 of these. Two of them lasted about a year...not great but acceptable since this thing works so well for my sinuses. This last one lasted about 3 weeks and now the button is stuck and won't turn on. Of course, it has been more than a month so I can't return it to Amazon.

I've purchases 6 sinugators over the past 3 years. They really work great, although the quality of this product isn't that great. They only last a couple of months, and some have only lasted a week.

I bought this for my kids who have been suffering with sinus problems for the past 3 months. Their doctor recommended to flush their sinuses out with saline solution, so I thought I would try this. After it arrived, I put batteries in, and it did not work. I double checked the battery connections and placement, but it still did not work. I then wondered if my batteries may have been old, so I went to the store and bought new batteries. Still nothing. It did not work right out of the box. I should have read more reviews before I bought this. It seems as though the electronics of this tend to fail. The unit itself appeared to be durable. Amazon was great with the refund process, no complaints there. I guess I will have to bypass the electronic stuff and go with a manual squeeze bottle.
