Funko figures aren't supposed to look exactly like the character like some other brands of movie/TV show figure. They all share the same look of a wide oversized head, with black eyes, the same nose and no mouth. So they're basically the Funko character dressed as the movie/TV character. However this especially when you stand it beside Alison, or one of the other clones is instantly recognisable as Cosima from Orphan Black. So it achieves both the Funko look and resemblance to Cosima. If you do an image search on the character you'll see that they nailed her lab coat outfit, she's even worn the same purple clothes and boots in an episode. The glasses are also the same as the ones worn by the clone. Like all Funko Pop Vinyls hair never looks that close a resemblance to actual hair but Cosima's doesn't look bad. The back part you know is supposed to represent her braided hairstyle. The figure's kind of reminds me of some old toy I vaguely remember from my childhood which sort of transformers style folded from an animal to a plastic ball. The hair looks like the plastic ball stage with the curve and all.

Cosima's head isn't any bigger, or her body any smaller than most other female character Funkos. Like most of them she comes with a hole in her boot and a clear plastic stand with a raised bit you insert in the hole. Likely due to the dreadlock attachment part of her hair, she is harder to stand on her own without the stand. Most female Pop Vinyls that come with a stand you never use but if your surface isn't completely flat that your putting her on, or it gets knocked a bit, you'll probably use it with this one. I like to display my Funkos on top of their box and she does struggle to keep balance without the stand on the box's slightly curved top flap.

I have about 30 of these and yet the first 2 complaints I have ever had are both on one ones I've received in the last week. First Melinda May has feet so minuscule she can't stand with a bobblehead mis-manfactured that it hangs over to the right like she is having a stroke. Returned. Now Cosima. She too has ridiculously small feet she can't stand on, so they provided a stand. Not thrilled out this, how about make the proportions on these ladies slightly less ridiculous so they she can stand ( Like Ygriette, she can stand). Anyway,Cosima's head is on straight so Ill use the stand. But no!! Even with stand, Cosima's head is still way to heavy and she topples over because her feet aren't flat and don't balance properly on said junky looking plastic stand.

This last of quality and design keeps up and these POPs will be my last purchases. It sucks to watch quality fade as popularity and quantity of their product line grows

Cosima is super cute. I think she's my favorite out of the whole Funko Orphan Black line. Mine stands perfectly fine on her included stand. The only one out of this line that looks wobbly is my Helena. The only flaw I've noticed on mine is she has a small black speck on her eyeglass lens that won't rub off no matter how hard I try. I do wish Funko had some better quality control but I've got no complaints on this one.

My Cosima didn't have any bad obvious markings on it. She fits into her little plastic stand just fine, and can stand perfectly fine. That being said - I believe I am one of the lucky ones. I did buy a Felix from Orphan Black in a store, and I nearly decapitated him when trying to get him onto his little stand because the hole on his foot wasn't big enough to fit.
Even though I love my Cosima, the paint job isn't the greatest, and I can't in good faith give any of these little Funko Pop figures five stars, because it seems like a majority of them are just bad quality. They really need to step up their game and maybe ***test*** the figures before their sold to make sure they fit the plastic easily and can actually stand up. That's a really big problem I've noticed with some of my figures and other reviewers. Their quality control just sucks. While I realize there are a butt ton of these things, I mean come on. If you're buried alive by returns because there's problems with your product, there's an issue there.
I will definitely be buying a lot more of these guys in the future to fuel my growing addition to their cuteness in my house, but for any buyers, just remember: you're rolling a dice.

Orphan Black is great, I love Cosima, but FunKo's line for them has a big flaw. Unlike other POP products that stand on their own, the Orphan Black line require an included clear plastic stand that has a nub that pushes into the character's foot (think G.I. Joe). This is because the head is the same size as other POP figures, but the body is much smaller. This is a poor design by FunKo and my Cosima still leans back while on the stand. That being said the design of the character is great in embodying her style.

Super cute little Cosima! Perfect for an Orphan Black fan. The "324B21" on her book is an extra nice touch.

Some other reviews mentioned that the figure is top-heavy and won't stand on its own, however, a tiny clear base with a peg is included in the box that takes care of this. Be sure to look carefully because the base is easy to miss, but it is definitely in there.
