    Whenever I buy a shoe or boot off amazon, my concern is always "will it fit?" So, here's the lowdown on what to expect should you order a size 7M Big Kid (what the rest of us call "youth.") My child currently wears a reebok sneaker size 6M. My concern with the 7 was: would it be too small knowing it needs to fit a good pair of thick socks and that generally, when fitting a snow boot, you need a bit of room in the toe area to maximize the ability of the boot to keeping your foot warm? So, I can confirm that the 7 fits my child just fine with about 3/4 of an inch of wiggle room in the toe to allow for a thicker pair of socks. It should not pull off his foot in heavy snow.

    We have no snow so they have not been worn yet, but I can say they look good and don't have any visible signs of poor workmanship or an inability to perform in snow as expected!

    I originally purchasedthese for my 6 year old boy to wear this winter. The design and fit were very good however he has only had them for less than 2 months and they have separated between the rubber sole and the fabric above it. He probably has worn them about 6-8 times for no more than 2 hours each time. I'm very disappointed with these boots and will now need to return them. I really can't believe that we didn't even make it through 1 season with them.

    I have twins (boy/girl) that wear the same shoe size for the moment with my son having just slightly wider feet. If your child has wider feet, these boots may be difficult or impossible to get their feet past where the cloth and rubber seam is at the ankle. It's not the strap that makes it difficult, it's the opening of the rubber part since the fabric top is slightly wider it seems. The boots are very well made and seem incredibly warm, just be aware that slightly wider little feet might not fit well in these, even if they wear the regular width normally.

    I must say I was pretty skeptical about buying this boot as I've seen so many mixed reviews on different seller's page's. Some people said true to size, some said they had to order a size up, and some said they ordered two sizes up and still didn't feet their childrens feet. My daughter wears a toddler size 7. So I was fighting with myself whether to buy a 7, 8, or 9. I ended up buying the 8, and this boot fits with extra room for some thicker socks. It doesn't have a removeable liner, which I love, because my kids would take them out and misplace them. The inside is very warm. We don't have any snow here yet so I can't say how they will do in the snow yet. I shall see soon enough.

    We live in an area that has snow more months than it doesnt. My kids LIVE in the snow. We go snowmobiling, build snow caves, and do the tradition sledding, snowman stuff as well.

    These boots keep the kids feet DRY and WARM. No stupid liner to just fall out and get lost. Boots last longer than the kids feet fit into them.

    These boots are horrible. My son has barely worn them, the soles still look new, and the fabric has come apart/unstitched all around where it meets the rubber, as well as where fabric is stitched to fabric. Absolute junk, I cannot believe that they can sell these.
