Press the button. A light will come on. Breathe in as you press the button. Take large inhalations and you will see the Nano Mist being exhaled from your nose and mouth. yes, five stars. even when i just received it last july 17, 2015, and started using it since Monday july 20th, I must say it is worth to buy it when you suffer asthma and sinus. I have depended from the inhaler for so many years despite the harmful steroids, and my sinus infection became chronic as well in the last two years making impossible to sleep at night for months that made my sometimes to take the sines night pills in order to sleep, but made me oversleep for extra hours everyday. Short story, I started drinking cinnamon tea WITH organic vinegar apple, and I noticed I very noticeable change in my sinus drainage. It took me like a week to have no blockage 24/7... and a miracle happened when I started using this accessory in the first hours I noticed that my sinus where completely clean and helped to clean my sinus! I CAN BREATH! about asthma, I just stared with the mild solution, but I can tell it helps. Once for awhile i used my regular inhaler, BUT it is decreasing the use of it... and it is the mild solution.... so i guess the medium will be even more effective in my case.
I do recommend it. It is worth to try it. I was not very happy to pay the 130, but I realized it was a good try based in the other reviews, and now that I am experience some immediate benefits -like breathing easy and smooth, I say try it! Give it a couple of days, and you will be in peace stopping the use of the regular inhaler!
I am buying another set to have it as back up. And I recommend to anyone with the same afflictions to read about the vinegar apple/cinnamon tea to help you out without the use of the counter medicine.

I have been using this product and kit for a few months now. I purchased this directly from their website before I knew it was available on Amazon. I am SOOO happy I did, and took a chance. I figured if it was bogus, I could get a refund as they offer. But no WAY, it is 100% truthful and I cant say enough about it. I am a long time smoker and this has helped me transition from real cig's to just vaping. In addition to no real smokes, my breathing has cleared up 110%. I have always loved the taste of menthol and when I vape the nano mist, it helps me expel the nasty mucous in my lungs. Its like inhaling VICKS... I will always purchase their Nano Mist, and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping me breathe better.. and I got rid of my rescue inhaler !!
