These are only slightly warm, I guess for summer use. I thought the description "light arm warmers" meant that they were lightweight but warm. Turns out they meant only slightly warming, and they would be better described as "arm covers" than "arm warmers". The fabric is very lightweight, like fabric used in summer activewear. I got them to replace a pair of knee socks I had adapted into arm warmers by cutting open the toe, but for me these arm warmers are not as warm as my cut open knee socks, and are not warm enough for me. However, this might be just what you are looking for.

I really liked the design as described, with a thumbhole and a key pocket. Turns out the key pocket could also be used as an optional finger cover, but only if you have your hands in a fist. From the point of view of warmth, I would prefer a functional finger cover as well as a key pocket.

The thing I really dislike about these warmers is the thick ring of rubbery elastic on the inside of the upper arm. I didn't realize what they meant when the description said "silicone at inside cuff". While some people may need something like that to keep these arm warmers from falling down, I would rather have a fabric cuff that grabs, like ribbing on socks, rather than plastic-feeling grabby silicone. I'm thinking of removing it, but it might make them too loose at the top.

Since the listing (at the time I am writing this) doesn't include measurements, here are the measurements of the L/XL pair I got: The top is 11 inches around, the bottom is 8.5 inches around, and they are 21 inches long. They are rather loose on me (except for the annoying rubbery band), but if they were tighter they might be even less warm.

Lovely and light. It's my fault the s/m size was too tight at the top of my arms (my upper arm circumference is 12 1/2). However, I am able to make them work and am looking forward to the biking season.

It's truly worth the buy well constructed very thick material even have a finger fold over thumb hole and the best part if fingers need covering you have that too. In this one it runs a bit small so if you have thick biceps 💪 I'm a runner and love these my third pair. For my morning cool/colder run. Love it

These are soft and feel very comfy but run quite large - and I am not lacking in the bicep department! For the price, I'll keep these as "back up" sleeves when my other arm warmers are in the laundry, but I'd have to pull these up OVER the shirt I'm wearing rather than under, as they do not stay up on their own!
