I have tight teeth so using regular floss was difficult. The floss doesn't shred, and it is tough enough to really scour the plaque away. The pick is great for popcorn hulls, and the tongue cleaning ridges, combined with the tight floss, really get the tongue clean. These will spoil you against floss completely.
