I recently found out about Triphala (and when I say that, I mean a few months ago). This is my second bottle, and it is hands down one of my most favorite supplements in the world. I love how it works, how it makes me feel, and how easy it is to take. It’s a great gentle cleanser, but I feel that it almost detoxes your body from a lot more than what is stuck in your intestine. For this particular supplement, you are supposed to take two every day. I take mine at night. Initially, it causes a little bit of stomach cramping, but if you can handle that, push through it because it subsides after a few days. If you can’t handle that, just cut down on the dosage a little bit until you are comfortable to take more. I have found that this stuff actually works, and it’s something that I will be taking every other month from now on. I highly recommend checking it out!

This Triphala supplement from Real Herbs is a medium sized capsule that is easy to swallow.
There is no odor or taste or aftertaste from this supplement.
I have had no bad side effects from this pill.

This capsule is an great way to get this herb into your diet. The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits were what appealed to me with Triphala. I tend toward having chronically high inflammation markers. AND we could also use more antioxidants in our diet. I have been feeling better since starting these. Less bloating and better digestion as well.

I purchased this Triphala supplement in hopes that it would help my digestive system run a little smoother, and for me to feel better overall as a result. I also liked the fact that it also contained antioxidants and contained ingredients for detoxification support. These supplements are easy to take, with no unpleasant taste or after taste. There is no irritation to my stomach so far after taking them. I am also hoping my cholesterol will be better after my blood work at my next doctor's appointment. I have always had digestive tract problems and I have tried so many different things to help and so far I like this the best. I feel like my digestive tract functions better. I don't have any bad side effects. I take 2 at night and have no problems. I feel so much better since I began taking these. I use this for digestive support. It really helps my belly functions. It takes a couple of days, imo, to notice anything going on. But its been all good since I started. They are easy to take and swallow. They dont have a bad taste or smell to them and Ive not had any bad side effects from using this on a daily basis. They are good quality supplements from a solid company

I love this supplement !! I have been taking this for about a week now and have noticed a big change in my eating habits. Normally I am a snacker, I found myself standing in front of the vending machine looking for a snack at work, usually chips, candy, or something to calm my craving and hunger. Now that I have been taking the Triphala capsule twice a day, as directed, my cravings have stopped. I don not feel the need to snack in between meals.

I've used triphala in the past before, but the price was always a major deterrent to me as I'm not flush with money at the moment and when I had gotten a chance to get it for cheaper then it usually goes I had to jump at it, and glad I did. Works just like it should. Definitely helps support the immune system as I am susceptible to respiratory problems and this helps curb that.

I am starting my healthier eating journey and read that Triphala Extract would help to detox my body of my previous unhealthy diet. It helps to continue the gently cleansing process on a regular basis. I have been using it just over a week and am just starting to see the results. Personally, I prefer slow and steady to quick fix that doesn't last. I am happy to have added this to my vitamin and supplement routine. I received this in exchange for my honest opinion.
