HOLY GRAIL Pens. They're Perfect!!

These are Holy Grail pens.....they write like a dream on everything, even glossy brochures. They don't get blobby and gloppy, and dry quickly. You only need to hold the pen lightly, and it glides around on paper like magic.

I spent way too long convincing myself that there was nothing wrong with the horrible, blobby-writing, hollow plastic tube ballpoints that you get for free pretty much everywhere. My junk drawer was full of them. I only just realized how angry they were making me--what with all the skipping, oily ink smears and blobs, having to press too hard, or the #1 Top Annoyance of All Time--having to scribble little circles everywhere to get the ink flowing (possibly digging a hole through your paper in the process.) It's 2015....we don't need to live like this anymore. It's not the Dark Ages, you know.

Uni-ball, you deserve a Nobel Prize for inventing these. They're great. I liked them so much, I came back a few days later for the 8-pack, and Amazon Primed them to my pen-aficionado parents on the East Coast. Goodbye forever, junk drawer full of anger-inducing crappy pens.

The 307 is a MAJOR Improvement over the Jetstream and 207. Love the Uni Super Ink. Highly Recommended.

This is my new go-to Uniball gel pen. I had previously been using their Jetstream and Signo 207 but was disappointed with the ink quality (boldness and color) for both. This new 307 model seems to have corrected my disappointments. Great ink color and width for all 3 colors (though I prefer black) and no skipping or smearing for this left-hander! I have purchased quite a few packs of these as they become available both at local stores and online. I will be donating my older Uni pens to local donation boxes for the upcoming school year.

Smooth and Effortless

My husband is a pen lover. He keeps at least ten various pens on him at all times. When I found these at a retail store when I had to buy a pen because I didn't have one in my purse and needed one right away, I didn't think anything of it. I just wanted something fast! Well, I used the pen and instantly fell in love with it. It writes smoothly and effortlessly. No scribbling required in order to get the ink going. So I kept one pen for my purse and left the others at home where anyone could use them. My husband came to me the next day, asking where I'd gotten these pens. I told him, of course, and he said, "I LOVE these pens!" So I had to buy some for him so that he won't run out. Yes, he keeps a pocket full of pens at all times, but he picks one of these pens out of the bunch to do his writing. I'm very satisfied with these pens, and I will be purchasing them again.

My favorite pen of all time for it's price and quality ...

My favorite pen of all time for it's price and quality and feel. The main reason I like this pen is the tip of the ben that fits into the outer pen bezel is a tight fit. The clicking you get with other pens as you lift and release then press and write and hear the pen make click noises as the pen innards wiggle around is something the uni-ball 307 series has no issue with. The tolerance is very good, but not so itight you even notice it when using the top clicker to push the pen tip out or retract it.

Grip in hand is perfect for me, the cost is perfecter 8 total, the assortment of colors being black, red, and blue with 2-each is nice. Honestly, these pens will be lost before they run out, otherwise, this will be the last purchase of pens you make for every day writing unless you are very young or a hand writer of some sort. The average 20 years old, if they could hold onto a pen their entire life, I do feel that they would lose it before these pends run out of ink.

I went with the 0.7mm tip. I like the end result of a slightly smaller tip, such as a 0.5 even a 0.3-0.4, however, the smaller you go, the harder I find them to write with as it feels like the pen tip is scraping across the paper, though I do love the accurate thin lines of a 0.5. A 0.3-0.4 would last longer, but that is such a fine tip I find they are only good on pure white paper that is plain. Even lines, graphed, etc, and sometimes dotted pseudo graph paper can have printed lines that show up more than the 0.3-0.4 tip can write. You end up getting lost in the lines, dots, and graph of the paper. The 0.7 is thick enough it lays down a nice dark line.

Inconsistent.

I've purchased two sets of these pens. The first have rich ink that flows well. The second, this order, have washed out ink that skips in the middle of lines. I've tried all three pens and they behave the same way. I suppose there are some quality control differences among various batches. That first batch was nice, though.

Love this pen! I've purchased three packs already because everyone I let write with it, wants to keep it! I always carry one on my work lanyard and it's the smoothest writing pen I've ever used. And I go through many pens (I mostly end up losing them).

Better than fountain pens

These are some very well made pens. When you write with fountain pens, there is a great feel to your writing. These pens write just as well without the hassle of fountain pens. I used these on my mont blanc starwalker because factory ballpoint refills or the gel refills are ok, these write much better. It does take a little modification to get them to fit properly but so worth it. These are my new most favorite pens.
