I switched to C4 after using a different pre-workout. C4 didn't do anything for me what so ever. I didn't feel energized, I felt weak at the gym, and worst of all, taking it in the evening and working out after left me with terrible sleep patterns. Although I sleep 8 hours per night, I would wake up in the morning feeling terrible and exhausted. If I had the option to return C4, I would do so in a heart beat! I will be switching back to my old pre-workout which did wonders for me. Maybe this isn't the case with everyone, but this is one of the worst products I have used in a long time!

Man, I love C4. It does its job extremely well. With C4 in my system doing its thing, my workouts are longer and less fatigued. The energy I get is wonderful. I never feel sluggish or crash towards the end of my workouts, and they usually last about 2 hours with short resting between sets. I've even lifted weights for two hours then hit a hiking trail with some friends and had more energy and stamina than they did. I guess it would depend on their endurance levels, but they're fit so no excuses. Before hikes they like to have their Starbucks coffee with endless sweetener/creamer calories, I'll stick to my C4 and avoid those extra calories. One of the things I love about C4 is the focus and motivation it enables in me for my sessions at the gym. I also like to use some C4 before flag football and basketball games. It gives me that extra hustle that I wouldn't have otherwise. The flavor is good. This is for the Fruit Punch, sweet but not too sweet. I crave that pre-workout taste. Even though I received this at a discount, I can't stress enough that it works. Get it.

This is the stuff. Wow, I am amazed at how much it helps my lifts. As with any supplement it won't replace a well balanced diet, proper amount/quality of sleep/rest etc. but this stuff is great and actually tastes like fruit punch. I am so annoyed with supplements that taste disgusting, if you are actually using them regularly the an unpleasant taste is going to really wear on you after a while.

This pre-workout is one of the best. I did like the energy it gave me, and the capabilities it gave me in the gym. I was able to push myself to my limits, and do a longer work out than usual, which was great. While I was doing my workout, I tried going higher in weight, and managed to rep my max in bench press more than once with this pre-workout. One of the things that I did not like about this product, however, was the fact that it gave me a tingly sensation that did not feel right. I believe this tingly sensation was from the caffeine, since I do not have caffeine on a regular basis and it was too large a dose for me. I did receive a discount on this product for an honest review.

I have now purchased 2 Jars of the C4 Creatine Energy Supplement.

My first purchase was the Blue Razz Flavored C4.

Now I am trying this Fruit Punch Flavored C4 Creatine Energy Supplement.

I must say, that even though the Blue Razz Flavored C4 was not bad tasting at all, I really like this Fruit Punch Flavor also.

This stuff helps to keep me going in the middle of a tiring workout.

After taking the Fruit Punch Flavored C4, I was able to complete my final workout for the day with the help of this supplement from Cellucor. I had a bit more of energy and I was able to do other activities after my workout also.

The scooper that is included with this product is not large at all. I have used products of this type in the past and the scooper was huge compared to this C4 Energy Supplement. And with a scooper size from other products being so large, sometimes I had an upsetting feeling to my stomach after consuming so much of the other powdery / chalky substance. So the small scoop of this C4 Supplement was very much welcomed.

This supplement does contain Caffeine, so I would suggest that you don't take this soon before bedtime.

Since I had a boost of energy to complete my cardio workout at the end of a very strenuous and exhausting day, I would certainly purchase this product again and will be recommending to my workout friends, that they also try this energy boost supplement.

EITHER Flavor will satisfy you.
Just so you know, I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. But this in no way has influenced my opinion of this fine product.

please be careful if you try this product. let me start by saying that i have used lots of difference name brands of pre workouts and have never got so sick before.. i only took 1 scoop of this product and then worked out and i started feeling funny.. my heart was racing and would not slow back down after my set and i only could do half my workout routine.. feeling so sick light headed and as if i was almost about to pass out.. i stopped my workout and got more water and when i was walking to my car to leave almost didnt make it.. everything was spinning around in my head.. had to sit in my car for about 20 mins almost called 911 felt like i was dying.. but luckily i made it home and was walking to my door and puked.. still feeling bad i laid down and when i got up i was better.. after my experience with this per workout please be careful.. i will not take this again its going in the trash.. because its dangerous..
