My dog and I love to go on bike rides. I pedal and he runs along side the bike. I have carpal tunnel and I find it difficult to ride my bike for more than a couple of miles; my hands go numb, my wrists ache and sometimes my arm goes a but numb. I end up not being able to shift gears and the numbness distracts me from really enjoying the ride so I cut the ride short after about 2 miles. I felt bad for my dog who just loves to run but I couldn't bear it. I had tried using my braces but the metal in them caused me pain and I still had all the same issues I had before them. My friend mentioned compression sleeves so I figured I'd give them a try. I came across the Besjex compression wrist sleeves and thought they looked more sturdy than the others. I decided to wear them on the usual 2 mile route and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no numbness or pain! After 2 miles, I decided to try to go further. We went 5 miles and it was so much fun and relatively pain free! I won't go as far to say that they completely got rid of all the numbness or pain but I can say that the numbness didn't occur until the end of the last mile. I had a very small amount of pain toward the very end too but nothing near as bad as I had before these sleeves! I also noticed that after I was done riding, I didn't have the pain and numbness afterward. I love these sleeves; they have made riding my bike so much more comfortable and I get to take my dog much farther than we had before which he loves! I also wore them when I was gardening and I didn't experience the numbness and pain I usually do. My only complaint is that the thumb hole is a smidge tight and I had to readjust the sleeve a couple of times to put it where it needed to be but overall, these are awesome! I am 100% satisfied. I'll be buying more pairs so I can have a clean set while another is in the wash.

After a few days of use, I am noticing a slight decrease in my wrist soreness that occurs after a day at work. My only word of advice would be not to wear them while driving. They are a little slippery on my steering wheel.

There is a seam stitched between the fingers and thumb. It presses uncomfortably into the crease of your hand there. It is wildly uncomfortable after just a few minutes. I solved the problem by turning the gloves inside-out and reversing the hands. They are much more comfortable that way, but look kinda stupid as they are messy with unfinished bits and bits of thread on the inside from the brand name embroidery. I would like these much more if they had that rough, raised seam sewn into the OUTSIDE of the gloves. Poorly thought out by the manufacturer and uncomfortable to wear as designed... otherwise OK for the price, but just OK.

I have been experiencing soreness, pain and numbness in my hands and bought these compression sleeves. They arrived and did not match the photo on Amazon. In the picture, they look thicker, especially over the knuckle area and around the cuffs. They are not, they are thin and the same thickness all around. The printing is white, not orange like in the picture also. I wore them one day and found they cut into the thumb web area of my hand and are quite uncomfortable. Padding or thicker material is needed in that area to stop the irritation. I would not recommend them, they are not as pictured, don't appear that they will last any amount of time and are uncomfortable to wear. They did not help me out at all.

Excellent and comfort for sport. I use it to play volleyball over the sport tape on my wrists. I like that it allows the fingers to move freely. The only problem I have is that the string (seam) come loose. I have to cut off. First when I put it on, it was a little fit, after movement it's ok. I would buy it again.
