This is not Paper (papel) is palstic and is not cut out ( picado) is just printed plastic, a cheap copy of what real papel picado really is, in the distance maybe looks OK, but should be in the description and is not, so be aware.

they look great, and will be a nice addition to the Day of The Dead celebration at our restaurant. I would have liked them to be more traditional and authentic - as they are not true cut out designs. It is a printed design on clear plastic.
But - for the price - it will ge the job done.

I was expecting paper, and this is cheap plastic. I don't believe the description of the item matches what was delivered. It looks nothing like the picture, which would have you believe this is paper as it's supposed to be. This is dollar store quality, not even worth the 4 dollars as an Add-On item.
