Purchased this for my brother and its a pretty decent TV. It also makes a decent computer monitor. It has quite a few options for connectivity but Amazon didn't list or post pictures of these inputs on this so I'll do that.

It has speakers but they're not very good so I connected a set of computer speakers to them through the headphone jack.
There is one stubborn stuck pixel in the center of the screen but it's mostly unnoticeable. Can only see it on a black background.
I noticed vertical lines when I had an Xbox 360 connected to it through HDMI. It could be the cable that I have. I'm not quite sure though.

Despite some of the issues, it really isn't a bad TV for the price. It shipped quickly too.

This TV arrived the other day. It works fine as a TV. It also works as an extra monitor for my Kindle and portable gadgets. (Using the proper HDMI cable.) Streaming Amazon movies thru my kindle to it works fine.

This is my 1st of the newer HDMI flat-screen TVs so I may be naive here. I don't watch a lot of TV programs and purchased this mainly for the benefit of people visiting me who are wanting to watch TV. The way that this TV displays the various video formats is new to me.
In watching regular programming with this TV, you see a display of a square TV picture.
And in watching Amazon streaming movies or any output from a Kindle, the display uses the full screen. (And seems to be sharper then it displays on my Kindle screen, as long as the pixel resolution supports the larger screen. A few of the lower quality YouTube videos won't support the larger screen.)

I will update this later after I have used it more. But for right now, I like and recommend this TV.

OK. I will admit that before purchasing this TV, the previous TV that I had purchased was 10 years ago and I never watched it much. There are a lot of features on this TV that I am not used to. Selecting the TV picture format is among those. The TV defaults to a square picture for regular TV, but seems to adjusts to different formats for alternate input selections. Plus you can stipulate a wide screen or a couple of Zoom modes.

One very nice feature is using it as a computer monitor. It is sharper then either of the screens on my Kindle or Google Chrome computer. I don't see a big difference with my Toshiba notebook computer, but the Toshiba already has a large screen. Plus I have a regular computer monitor for my Toshiba.Read more ›

43inch tv for 240 was too good not to pass up...I was worried the tv would be a liability shipping as I live in a very cold climate and the box it is shipped in is just the manufacturers box. To my surprise everything arrived and has worked great so far. I didnt not attempt to put on the legs on the tv as i had a mount ready to go and was a perfect fit. I would be wary of the legs as they are very tiny and just dont look like they could reliably do the job. Picture is ultra bright and vivid. I dont use the speakers so I cannot comment on them. Overall for the price you will not find a better deal.

I was expecting 720p for the 32 inch, got 1080p. Labeled wrong on Amazon. Plugged in my roku and it came up 1080p. I was shocked and checked the box and it sure enough said 1080p! Got this on the prime day lighting deal of $75! Tv does it's job and add an Amazon fire stick with usb cord and at regular price you have a smart tv fire $225!

There are a few major things wrong with this TV. The first being, the audio. It's terrible. I've never brought a tv with sound like this before and it almost feels like this was a mistake in the manufacturing and they just never corrected it. It sounds like people are talking through an old AM car radio with a busted antennae. I've heard radio traffic that sounds clearer than this. And if you turn the volume up any higher than 5, it gets worse and pretty much unintelligible. I haven't heard of a remedy for this so far. Seiki, if you're reading this, please do something about this. People need to hear what they're watching.

The second thing is, NO QAM TUNER. I live in an apartment where you still need a coaxial cable hooked up to your tv and into the wall to get TV stations, and this does not have it. This should have been made a lot more clearer in the product description. I now have to buy a cable box and hope that this will let me watch TV.

Other than those two things, the resolution is actually very good. It's pretty crisp when you have it hooked up to an HDMI cable.

Got this as a prime day deal. Had to get replaced as the first tv I received had a black spot on the screen that wouldn't go away no matter the channel. Contacted support and got replaced no problem. The new tv didn't have any screen problems. The way the feet sit it isn't super stable so be sure to place it where it won't be knocked over. The sound quality isn't the greatest because the speakers are on the bottom and don't put out much. You can have the volume on 8 and I can turn up all the way to 75 and barely tell a difference in the sound. The picture varies it'll be a little off sometimes and then it/;; clear to crisp picture not sure if tv or internet connections fault. Overall a decent tv for the price. Would be fine for a kids tv or extra one wouldn't use this as my main living room tv would probably spring for a little bigger and a better known brand.
