Love this folders. Amazing texture. They are thicker than the regular folders, so experiment on scrap cardstock first. On my Big Shot, I used the platform with all tabs closed but only one cutting plate. For some cardstocks I needed a shim (a piece of folded cardstock underneath). The results are stunning. And the grid lines make it easy to align the cardstock in the folder. Thicker cardstock works best. Great product.

I bought these for the basket weave embossing folder but the other one has become my favorite. It is great for metallic techniques using Radiant Pearls, etc. They are thicker so you need to adjust your "sandwich". Good size to cover a card vertical or horizontal.

They are absolutely beautiful! I cannot decide which is my favorite! I purchased them to use with the Stampin' Up basket die. But a word of WARNING! These folders are literally TWICE as thick than normal embossing folders, maybe, because the designs are so deep. I can barely run them through my 2 year old Big Shot, even on the base of the platform, below Tab 1, with a single piece of card stock. I was afraid I was going to break my Big Shot. I have run the folders through at least 8 times with a single sheet each time and they are still just as tight and difficult to get through as the first time. I have been told the more you use an embossing folder the better the result. The result was perfect the first time, but just so difficult to run it through. I am hoping it will run more smoothly with increased use. If anyone else has this problem, I would be curious to know if it is normal or just my machine.
