I was very impressed with this frosting! My son has a dairy and soy allergy and this was a fantastic alternative to attempting to make cake frosting from scratch. We used it on top of the Arrowhead Mills organic chocolate cake mix and we were not disappointed. It's a little pricey, but we didn't mind since it was for a special occasion.
