I am 5'4 and approx. 115 lbs. and ordered the medium because I am cold natured and wanted to have plenty of room to layer under this jacket. I love the magnets - they make it quick and easy to remove and to reattach the sleeve/bolero jacket when finished with a workout. I have use this for cycling and for running. Love the rear pocket for stowing the sleeves when I warm up on a run and the two front pockets easily stow Kleenex, a small water bottle, my iphone5, running gloves, and a packet of Honey Stingerz. The sleeves have a Velcro adjustable strap to help keep wind out and the bottom of the jacket has a drawstring. Love this jacket and feel it was definitely worth the money.

I love this jacket. I overheat easily and the detachable sleeves rip off for a quick, much appreciated temperature change. It is pretty easy to rip sleeves off and put them into the back pocket while running. I have never tried doing the reverse while running though. I would say the only minor downside is that the sleeves in the back pocket make for a noticeable lump on your back, but it's not a huge issue. The vest part of the jacket has decently-sized pockets and lots of reflective stuff. I'm 5'3", ~108 lb, 31.5" chest, and 26" waist and size XS fit me perfectly.

Great jacket! As with most cycling clothes, you have to be careful when selecting the size since there are massive differences depending on manufacturer and style. I originally had a medium and it was too large - too long in the arms and torso. I recently ordered a small and it fits much better although there is still room for clothing underneath. I am 5' 4" and about 125 lbs if that helps!

Performs well to block the wind - easy on/off - the versatility is awesome! Also very pack-able. I'm a bit broader in the shoulders, so the magnets at the pits pop off when reaching forward, but this isn't enough to bother me. I originally purchased a "S" but found it to be too loose - especially for rides. The "XS" has a nice slim fit. Love it!

What a jacket! This is the third one I've purchased and it is even nicer than expected. The color is a high visability pink rather than a medium pink, making it great for wearing on cloudy, dark days when it's even more important to be visible. Love the removable sleeves and the comfortable fit!

Love this jacket. It is great for my bike rides. I love, love, love the quick remove and replace sleeves and I find it very satisfying when the magnets click into place. It is bright and makes me super visible when I ride. I only gave 4 stars because the zipper on the back pocket gets stuck on the small rainfly that covers the zipper. I've always managed to get the zipper free but it does slow me down and sometimes I have to take off the entire jacket to fix the problem.

I was a little worried this would be sort of a gimmick and I would never end up using the magnetic sleeves. It turns out they work great and it's easy to remove the sleeves while running, and tie them around my waist when I get warmed up. I used this countless times this spring when it was too chilly to start a run without sleeves, but I didn't want jacket sleeves after a mile or so. Since I can take off just the sleeves, I don't have the whole jacket bouncing against my legs once I tie it up. I can't recommend this enough!

my husband bought me this for a birthday gift. While it seems like it is decent quality, it doesn't fit at all. I am 5'7" tall and 130 pounds. The medium won't close around me to zip, the collar goes up to my ears, the sleeves barely pass my elbows and the body of the jacket doesn't even go to my navel. it is also too tight across the shoulders and under the arms. I do have long limbs, a long torso, and broad shoulders so I'm used to things not being long enough but this seems like a child size medium even though the tag clearly states that it is a woman's medium.

the sleeve attachment mechanism seems interesting and the quality is okay so that's why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1.
