I keep these around for lazy days when I don't make my Bob's Red Mill yellow grits from scratch. They are inferior in flavor and texture, naturally, to fresh made grits, with an extra edge of bitterness. But when you don't wanna go the from-scratch routine, these heat up easily in the microwave and take care of grits with eggs, cravings. I like cheese on grits, hence having this. I still add a bit more shredded cheese on top.
