Wonderful replacement batteries for the Neato robot vacuum. My older model had been slowing down and needing frequent recharging lately.
The funky owners manual does not even say how to replace batteries, but fortunately I read the comments of other reviewers here. The LCD
menu does want to know when you have replaced the batteries! I would add that the changer of the batteries have an excellent Phillips head
screwdriver on hand to release the screws on the two battery compartments as they must have been tightened with a power gun! The battteries
are also a rather tight fit in the snug compartments, but they do indeed fit. My robot is now zipping around the house with new fantastic vigor and I
can read all the e-books I have in queue on my Kindle Reader while the floors are being cleaned!

My Neato vacuum started to only hold a charge for about 5 minutes before the battery would die. Replaced them with these batteries and Neato is working great again. You must scroll through the menu on Neato and choose 'new battery' to let the vacuum know you replaced the batteries for it to work properly.

At first I was thrilled with these batteries that seemed to bring my Neato back to life. After four months the charge would only last for about 15 to 20 minutes and I started getting all sorts of battery error messages, constant "dust me off" messages and erratic behavior.
Wait a second - didn't I buy these because they came with an 18 month warranty? Yep. So far I haven't been able to figure out how to contact the manufacturer.
Amazon is great about replace/refund issues but of course that is only a 30 day window and that time frame has expired.
I tried all the tips I could find including the new battery command, several fully discharging/charging cycles, removing the batteries to clear memory etc. Very disappointing life span for the price.

Batteries were cheaply priced, made in China packs, but they work well so far. I have had them for a month, and the run time on my XV-21 is excellent so far. Not sure how long they will last, but they have an 18 month guarantee (who knows how well that guarantee is). For the price, you can't beat them.

Working like a champ. Original batteries would not allow my Neato to do the whole house in one go, but after replacing my totally worn out original batteries (2.5 years) these SEEM to be better than the original. This review comes at approximately 90 days after original purchase.

These stopped working after just a few weeks of running Jarvis every few nights. I can't find any batteries that work right for this stupid robot. I give up. Buy a Roomba.

EDIT: By the way, I can't return them. So much for the 18 month guarantee or whatever this company claims. Usually, when I leave a bad review, the company gets in touch with me. Not so this time. Don't waste your money on these, at least, not if the supposed "guarantee" makes you feel like it's worth it.

The NEATO battery pack is so far so good, I have received the batteries for 2 months ago and it used so good for me and my wife love it. Working well after a couple of months. Hope it lasts longer than the original. What a difference a good battery makes! My Neato is running like a charm and does not need recharging in the middle of a cleaning cycle. I can say that it has the real capacity and the real OEM battery pack. Neato Robot was no longer running but a few minutes before dying. Bought these and all is good again. Time will tell how long they last.

Died in less than 6 months. Neato started having occasional battery issues and error messages after 3 months. After about 4 months it needed to recharge twice to finish a job it used to do on a single charge. Should have bought the Li-Ion batteries instead. Not recommended.
