This salt is very relaxing and the small is very subtle not overwhelming. It's very fine so it melted very fast not like the brands you get from your local drug store. Since the grains are smaller and finer you actually get more from this that when you would get from a larger grain bag. It completely relaxed my muscles and my scenses with its scent.
