Did not buy on Amazon. Purchased at huge appliance retailer. Having second thoughts because you CAN NOT cancel heated dry and it is very expensive to heat dishes dry. The base feels flimsy also with cheap plastic. No option to pause either (adding a dish while running)

This is a piece of junk. I wish I had never bought it. It didn't work to begin with, but since I ordered it before I moved in, more than 30 days had passed, and by then it was too late to return it to the store. I called Samsung and they sent a technician who had to replace the entire computer panel (or whatever it's called in a dishwasher). This was after I had it installed for about a week and it stopped working. That worked more or less for about a month. Now the dishes do not get cleaned AT ALL and I'm back to working with Samsung to get them to make good on their warranty. Of course before they will send someone I basically have to take off all the interior parts and clean them myself....this after using this machine for less than 3 months. I hope this review makes others think twice about buying this machine.
