I am extremely disappointed with this product. I have tried this product before from gnc and was happy with it so I figured I'd buy it off amazon, the preworkout came all dried together and looks like it's been sitting in the sun I'm extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed! First of all I received this product on 08/20/15 and the Exp date is 08/15. The container is literally only half full and full of hard clumps. Sounds like a jar of pellets or rocks when shaken. Therefore we will not be using this product. I received the product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

UPDATE: I contacted the company and they were very apologetic and replaced product with a new one that was not clumpy or expired. Taste and works good!

Definitely provides a fast, valuable, and sustainable boost of energy without the hard drop off.

Make sure and keep well hydrated. I use this when cycling. My typical ride distances vary between 30-75 miles. I'll also carry additional supplement items for a mid-ride snack to keep me going.

The watermelon flavor is surprisingly good. Will buy more when I'm out.

I was given three samples of this pre-workout mix by my wife who received it with an order of other bodybuilding products. She suggested that I give them a try and see what I thought of them so I did.

I must say that I was very surprised at just how well the pre-workout drinks worked.

Here are but a few caveats concerning this product: First, I am not a bodybuilder but do weight training as a compliment to my cycling efforts. Second, this was a trial sampling and I have no extensive use of this product to draw any broader conclusions from. Lastly, taste buds and body chemistry differ from person to person and you may find your results may differ.

With that out of the way, I was very impressed with the results I had. It was very apparent after having consumed the product that thirty minutes or so later I was feeling a tingling sensation throughout my body, and I could even feel a slight sensation of feeling a bit hot.

Once out on the road with my bike I felt a sense of power and added energy that is not normally present when not having taken the energy drink mix prior to my rides. I could feel the urge to push myself faster and a bit beyond what I considered my limits before.

At first I began to think that there was some type of placebo effect going on with the first try of the product and held out any praise or recognition of advertised benefits. Oddly enough and to my surprise the same results were observed the second and third time around. This was in my mind empirical evidence that the product held true to its claim of energy burst for explosive workouts.

If there are any dislikes regarding the Neon Sport Volt Pre-Workout drink mix it would have to be the taste.Read more ›

Great pre work out, great company, great product. I have to say, the container is very cool, it has a grip style lid. It feels as though it is made out of weight rubber grips, just a very cool little detail that stands out.
The flavor is great. It mixes well into water. I didn't have any trouble with it mixing in my shaker bottle.
I room this regularly with my work outs. I never felt jittery or overly hyped up. It just gave me that extra boost I needed. I didn't have any negative side effects from using thus product.
I would recommend it to both beginner and experienced athletes.

I love this product, but DO NOT buy this pre workout from this distributor. They are obviously not sealed or are very old if it comes back like this. By the looks of other comments, sounds like it is a problem with all their volt products. I would not trust the safety and quality of this product. Also the expiration says 8/2015. It's 8/2015. Very disappointed. Even my dog is pissed.

This product is intense. It really hit me like a ton of bricks after 30 minutes. Combined it with coffee, my hands turn cold. I feel slightly hot and tingly. My general sentiment is that it’s exactly the stimulant you’re looking for, for better or worse. I definitely feel a surge of anxious energy I need to get out of my system. When I took a full scoop, I felt that I needed to push hard enough to be sure I’d metabolized it at the gym. Regarding the flavor, it is less sour than other pre-workouts I have had. I still hate it. I also feel that the creatine does have a significant impact on my recovery time. Personally, I’d rather just have a cup of coffee and hit the gym with some creatine in my protein shake. But this pre-workout definitely does what it promises if that’s what you’re looking for.

I received this product at a discount in return for my honest opinion.

I purchased the Neon Sport Volt Creatine Free Preworkout with Beta Alanine for my Son that is Body Building. He said he could Really tell a Big difference in his workout using the Neon Sport. About 15 minutes or so he started to feel this kick in and had a sudden surge in energy and felt kinda tingly and felt a hot flash. It made him feel a lot more into his workout and he had the desire to push himself further than he normally has in prior workouts. The active ingredient is Beta Alanine which helps prevent Lactic Acid from building in your muscles as quickly. Which allows you to workout longer and harder than you normally would. This also has Agmatine Sulfate, Agmatine is a by product of amino acid arginine. Arginine is basically used to increase pumps and augment Nitric Oxide Production. Agmatine Sulfate is suppose to be more effective at getting the blood to flow more freely to your muscles so your muscles will absorb nutrients more efficiently. My Son liked the Berry pomegranate flavor and said it taste better than some of the other preworkout formulas he had tried prior to the Neon Sport Volt. He was Very Satisfied with the Results he received from this product ! He liked the way it made him feel, and was 100% Satisfied with it. He plans on buying more and trying different flavors.
