These are great! The wood, metal, and plastic are fused together really tightly so there's no danger of accidentally tugging too hard and them coming off in the middle of your project. These are light, but sturdy, and have served their purpose wonderfully. I made a scarf horizontally on these needles and it came out great! Thanks!

This circular needle is a pleasure to knit with as the wood is smooth and allows the yarn to glide over easily. The transit from the wooden needle points to the cable is a little uneven and the yarn sometimes gets caught but once I figured it out and took a pair of needle nose pliers to crimp it better. Works like a charm. Hence the four stars instead of five.

These needles worked well for the first few reems of yarn and then right in the middle of my project the chord broke. I really could not fix the needles. When I tried to duck all the tape just got in the way. It took me forever to get my project back on the needles and now I have to wait for my new needles to come. This was just a mess will not buy again.

Knitting needles are kind of a commodity, but these distinguish themselves, in my experience, by having the sizes printed right on the needles, and also by coming in a convenient storage pouch that you can return them to for organization and information purposes (the sizes are also on the package) when your project is finished.
I am a beginner and a bit of a lazy knitter in that I prefer low-concentration projects so I can knit while watching recorded programs. For the project requiring these size US35 needles (20 mm), I made a short cape using two strands of chunky yarn. I was able to do the whole thing in several hours over two days, although truthfully I was on a bit of a binge and ignored some housecleaning to get it done. I am a slow knitter and go stitch by stitch, like "See. Spot. Run." if you know what I mean. So if you are a seasoned / quick knitter, you could do a chunky project with these large needles in a day or two maybe. Bottom line, perfect large needles for those of us with short attention spans looking for immediate gratification. I recommend, and I thank Amazon reviewers for leading me to these well-priced needles!

These are amazing. I haven't seen any needles like this in any stores, and they are great for jumbo knits. My only problem is that I probably knit my stitches too tightly so I have to push the stitches up onto the wooden needles. Probably more my knitting style than anything else. Very well made; quite beautiful actually.
