Despite may warnings about the awful assembly, that part was not bad at all (though I'm pretty handy with the tools). There were a few scratches on a few parts, but all were facing inwards, so that was a small issue of quality control. The bigger problem was the weird smell of paint or some other chemicals, which, despite sitting in the middle of the living room for a week, as well as being taken outside on the balcony for a thorough overnight ventilation, did not go away. That was ultimately the reason for returning the item, as my wife and I were getting worried about the smell and what kind of paint/chemicals were used in the making process and how toxic it could be to a baby!!!

Very disappointed because the box came missing two side panels for one of the drawers and it was quite difficult to assemble (took of 4 hours). It's too bad because the quality is nice and it looks really good. and it matched the nursery furniture we already had. If only I had all of the parts so that I could use the drawers. I was unable to contact the seller through Amazon and found a contact email from the website. After weeks of sending emails and calling, I received a response that the particular panels I needed were out of stock and they were unable to provide me with a estimated in-stock or shipment date.

Very cute. I bought it despite the only two negative reviews because it matched our nursery perfectly and the price was good. my husband struggled putting it together for days. The hardware kept breaking off. We made a trip to Home Depot to find better quality hardware but the sizes didn't match. So he called to customer service. They took several days to reach and eventually they sent a new set. Still had some issues, many joints are loose, and the drawers don't pull smooth. But it works.

Purchased two (one for each of my boys) because it said "minimal assembly required" - boxes arrived and it was obvious that full assembly would be required, just like any Ikea or similar item. Might be a nice dresser...but for the price I'll pay just a little more and get one assembled from a furniture store.
