I purchased one these hand steamers along with the upright steamer mop by Smart Living and the California State Fair last year. Caught up in the chatter and jive of the fast talking dude I bought the whole package. I am a bachelor and I hate cleaning...but I love the hand steamer. Fill it with distilled water and let it warm up...with a rag in one hand and the steamer in the other I go over the bathroom fixtures, toilet, kitchen, window sill, sliding window tracks, mini blinds...EVERYTHING..nothing is safe from the super heated steam burst that comes out of this puppy! It blows the dirt and crap out of crevices to be wiped up with a rag. Easy to handle...No 409 needed...the heat does the job...

I just got this little steamer at the WI state fair yesterday and am impressed with the results so far. No more nasty chemicals needed to clean the grout lines in the shower (I have well water here, so there are some pretty tough iron stains). I just watched the iron stains melt away as I was steaming...I couldn't keep up with wiping them out of the shower! I did do a little cleaning in my refrigerator and on the stove top by the gauges for the burners. I did try a bit on the inside of the oven door, but it will need more work later. Today I'm focused on my shower tiles and am so happy with the results! I'm so glad I bought this! I've never used any other small steamer before, so I can't compare this one to any other. (I do own the older version of the Smart Living Steam Mop and have been happy with it for years). I just used this to steam some oxford shirts for work...it works great! So I've proven this little steamer works for both cleaning and steaming fabric!

So isn't as powerful as I thought it would be. but does help loosin up the mold. I go behind with a toothbrush and clean a way the mold. it doesn't get everything up, but it is a great product to assist you in the cleaning process. I have not used it for anything else except cleaning my tub.

i bought this along with the mop few days ago at the Miami Home Design show. I fell in love with this, the steam does great etc....BUT at the third time the short nozzle, the one attached to the machine broke and now it's stuck in the cone nozzle. Upset, frustrated, and without my new toy. What a delusion. I hope they maintain the money back option. I bought 2, one for a present but I still have it. The mop is still alive, but you don't have to move it or change anything., so hopefully it lasts more. Now I am strongly suspicious about others because they all look the same and there is no information and detail on the quality of the noozle.
