As a mom who is highly invested in the foods I feed my children, I really like the idea of reusable self-feeding pouches. With my oldest child, I had tried all the old-school pouches with netting that I could get my hands on. I hated every single one of them. They made a mushy mess, were impossible to clean, and didn't come with lids for transporting. The Kidsme Food Squeezer completely changes this!
This product is is BPA-free, high quality silicone and so simple to assemble. It comes with two different nipples: one with criss-cross slits for use with liquids, and one with larger holes for thicker consistency foods.
The first thing I did was to remove all the parts and to wash with warm soapy water. I then put the pouch through the ring that holds the pouch and poured in some homemade applesauce. Then I chose the nipple intended for thicker foods and set it on top of that ring. Then I folded down the second level of rings over the nipple to hold it in place. Finally, I folded down the last ring and easily latched it to hold the whole thing together. Much easier than it sounds! Cleaning was a just as simple, and I was able to thoroughly reach and clean every surface!
For the actual use of the product: There was a bit of applesauce in the bottom of the pouch that my son could not get out. Even when I attempted to roll it up from the bottom as I do with other re-usable pouches, it was not accessible. He didn't complain, though, and it could've kept him busy for while! My only concern is that he has teeth, and I didn't want him to chew holes in the nipple so I closely supervised and then took it from him when he had gotten out as much as he could.

I really wanted to love this food squeezer. After I've unpacked the item I've noticed that the inside of the silicone "membrane" has some stains. Looking a lot like mold. I tried rinsing this but the stains were still there. I wrote the seller message, described the problem...no response. (until today, which is about 10 days now since I sent the message). So I contacted amazon and they did resend, now trying to love this product, and I still can't.
Here is why:
While the whole idea of creating the feeding tool out of silicone was rather pretty clever and baby hands and mouth friendly- also very easy for an infant to hold- it has some serious fault: it is almost impossible to get this feeder HYGIENICALLY clean.
The membrane inside the feeder is just so inconvenient and traps all the foods and it is impossible to get it out. I have tried rinsing it, dipping in the soapy water overnight, brushing it out,...no luck.
My own observation: There should be a way to get this item apart so every single piece can be properly cleaned, which is currently impossible.
I got this complimentary as a testing product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.
